Punkz is still good in handling cases that violated ToS since some casino do confiscate the balance depending on the intensity of their case.

Did they mention the reason in the email or at least specify which rule was violated? In fact, I sometimes encounter situations where support does not explain all the reasons to you, therefore I would recommend contacting the casino’s representative here on the forum and asking them to provide an explanation. I also see that in the email they stated that you have 72 hours to withdraw your funds, why do you say that the casino is not paying out? Or did they say in the email that you have 72 hours, but in reality they are not allowing you to withdraw?

What do you mean when you say identifying suspicious matches? I don't think a user's withdrawal can be blocked because their bet was suspicious. It sounds too strange to be true. And I didn't even see any mention of bonuses, so we don't know what really happened. If you're talking about bonuses and partial withdrawals, it's possible, because bonus withdrawals almost always require wagering. What do you mean when you say identifying suspicious matches? I don't think a user's withdrawal can be blocked because their bet was suspicious. It sounds too strange to be true. Honestly, I occasionally dropping 1-2 prediction now every 3 days but no luck on this but I will share immediately once I already hit that golden parlay for me.

Now I will wait for the Champion League to bet again and try to bet $5 with parlay again, my strategy now is not to exceed the odds multiplier of 5.00 from the total accumulated matches.

Haha instead of betting on parlay even on single bets I lost   that's why I never participate in parlay tournaments, in the first event I tried once you know it lost. There is nothing smooth in single bets I also lost several times,  at least with single bets we can win several times compared to parlay bets which are a little difficult to win, one more for me bet builder is exactly the same as parlay only in one match in his choice.
