The tournament that our very own 1win dota 2 team has ended. It's sad that they didn't win this tour and they're still a young team compared to the others. But if 1win will keep the roster and will continue to participate tier 1 tournaments, I'm sure that they're going to raise the banner of 1win in the international stage not just as a participant but as the champions. Sad, hopefully you will get this resolved quickly. I mean my first withdrawal request also took forever (over 36 hours), even though I wan't even in profit and only withdrew a double digit amount in usdt. For a site that is advertised for instant withdrawals that's not how it's supposed to be. Back and forth for nothing is always a bad customer experience and should be avoided at all cost!

And from your persistently complains on withdrawal. It would have been better if you stop for a while since there is no crypto withdrawal in your country and your local currency withdrawal is delaying. Just take a break for a while before this issue turn to another bigger problem. This would have been a very simple mathematics for you to sort out if you understand point.

You clearly have no idea what you are talking about. Are you an official representative or something? Do I consider this rudeness an official response?
I said so because you have complain withdrawal issues before and it is because of fiat currency and as a participant we are for the good of the casino and the players, the withdrawal issues is not from all the country and those countries that cryptocurrency is not yet added. And when I was playing in one of the casinos from the forum, I deposited my country's currency and it took two weeks to arrived. Fiat deposit and withdrawal it normally delay because the money will go to the finance department representing the casino before going to the owner and not like cryptocurrency directly to the owner's account.

1win.global, you really need to work on your cashouts. First of all, there is no crypto cashout available for India. The issue is that you told me to wait for 48 hrs (no problem), then you told me that you had processed my cashout  after I  inquired (you did not send me any notification or email or sms, despite having all my  KYC data). Now you are telling me to send you my bank statement of all transactions Huh just to forward my complaint, which will take who knows how much time.
My complaint ID is PMNT-2549096

I hope you are paying attention to genuine feedbacks here,

Unfortunately it will be my first and last tourney since the withdrawal options for my country are too limited.

Please stop pretending to be an official representative because clearly you are NOT. Please try to read the full post before trying to act in a haphazard manner. You will do more harm than good; whatever you are doing (going to live chat with complaint ids) is already been done, so please do not create unnecessary hassle.
1win.global I am sure you are improving your third-party INR payment processor as I have mentioned to you via my contact. Regarding UTR issue I am refraining from commenting as you already know why.

Is there a time frame when crypto withdrawals will be available for all countries?
Support wasn't much of a help and just told me to wait until it's available - I really find it inconvenient that it's possible to deposit crypto but not to withdraw it the only withdrawal option for my country is fiat.

I think it is not the case in all countries because if this is the case, we will have hundreds posting their withdrawal experience. I agree that support should address countries facing withdrawal issues; 1Win tried to establish their reputation in the industry.
Several years ago I often see 1win banner on other platforms, but when they created an announcement and launched a signature here, I figured they were serious in establishing their presence in the gambling industry.
And it will only happen if they resolve all issues, regardless of what issues they are.

True! number 1 problem for the casino is the withdrawal that will be suitable for all countries. If 1 customer is having a problem for their withdrawal that is a big reason to leave the casino and find a new one.
I have no problem with any kind of withdrawal with 1win. but i read some of our friend in this thread are having issues. I hope they can act fast on this,

in additional, their support is no help most of the time.
