Hi guys, i request a little withdraw  and i was asked to go trought KYC.

And i not gonna do the KYC. I want my money back. Im not gonna do a KYC for such a litle money. Since that im not gonna wear anymore the signature from them, is a shame to see a casino requesting KYC for little money.

Im not gonna let it pass, i know a site can ask for a KYC when the ammount is big but this is not the case and i know they are gonna hide behind the shit "its in the 10.3 bla bla bla", but that is bullshit.

I was just trying the site and seeing how good or bad it is.

Well basically, I've sent ANOTHER mail to official 1win team, but I'm waiting 4th day for the explanations why I was banned after the PASSED KYC.
If I don't get an answer from 1win team i'll simply create a scam thread on this forum, because I can't wait forever.

The first day of the 1win dota 2 team went against Team Spirit, the 2-time TI dota 2 champions. 1win got a bad start for the 1st of the dream league s27. This is okay, other teams have lost too but they have to win with their match up tomorrow. There is no schedule yet but going with the 2-time TI champs, that's some sort of expected outcome. But this is a good learning experience for the team.

Since you've sent them all the relevant information, we'll have to wait for their response. Please be patient for a couple of days, and sending them another email is a good option. This is just a recommendation, of course.

I can see how frustrating it can be when you are not allowed to proceed after doing the KYC, and everything you needed to give has been submitted. Here one needs to be patient but that is not easy. It is a good idea to send follow-up emails, as once your case remains in their support system. Internal reviews, verification checks allow more time to evaluate the responses, and it is possible to save the premature escalations by giving them an extra few days. When no reply comes even after several tries, then it is quite natural to resort to increasing awareness on the forum. Hopefully then 1win will fix the problem and you are allowed to play without any further inconvenience.

The first day of the 1win dota 2 team went against Team Spirit, the 2-time TI dota 2 champions. 1win got a bad start for the 1st of the dream league s27. This is okay, other teams have lost too but they have to win with their match up tomorrow. There is no schedule yet but going with the 2-time TI champs, that's some sort of expected outcome. But this is a good learning experience for the team.

I was not aware about this but you can get the list of 1win contests hosted by Royse.

From this list and topic titles, I can not know which contests, events were paid and which ones were not paid, but if there are unpaid contests/ events for a while, the manager need to pause all new launches until the 1win team paid previous contests/ events. I did not check whether they were paid or not paid, just my opinion with given information from you.

It happened to me as well and I had no choice but to complete the KYC as I really want to withdraw my funds ASAP. I hope someone here can help you with this issue.


Anyway, I just want to ask something to those who also won from games and rounds football prediction contest. I already PM’d Royse about it and he told me it’s because new team is now handling the promotions on bitcointalk. I just want to check if anyone here has received their prizes from the contest in games and rounds. Have they still not been distributed until now? Mine has been pending for about three weeks already.
Im not gonna let it pass, i know a site can ask for a KYC when the ammount is big but this is not the case and i know they are gonna hide behind the shit "its in the 10.3 bla bla bla", but that is bullshit.

I was just trying the site and seeing how good or bad it is.

Well basically, I've sent ANOTHER mail to official 1win team, but I'm waiting 4th day for the explanations why I was banned after the PASSED KYC.
If I don't get an answer from 1win team i'll simply create a scam thread on this forum, because I can't wait forever.

Since you've sent them all the relevant information, we'll have to wait for their response. Please be patient for a couple of days, and sending them another email is a good option. This is just a recommendation, of course.
I hope your issue is resolved as soon as possible. I know the feeling of waiting for a response on issues you want resolved.

They are not gonna answer if the user have the reason, in my case they refused to be better with me despite i said to them im gonna post it on the forum, seems like also for little money they dont care about "bad" comments.

Is not in my yard because i can do nothing more than advice others of this behavior, i know some people is not gonna follow what i point but we are not "normal" users. We come from a very well know communitie.

When it comes to the good money and KYCed, the first withdrawal process usually puts your account into a manual review. It will be handled manually, and I'm not sure how long it will take.

Have you redirected your complaint to live chat? Their forum representative was last active a year ago so I doubt you'll get a response there.

Perhaps it's taking longer because this time you withdrew a significant amount, and the casino may be investigating all your activities to find some loophole and accuse you of something. I don't mean to scare you, but in most cases where a casino processes small withdrawals quickly, but takes days or weeks to process large withdrawals, it's because they are investigating the person's account to later accuse them of having multiple accounts, cheating, or using the casino in a prohibited country. I hope your case is different and you get paid.

Yeah anytime I talk to live chat they say please send an email to the one which I've been waiting for a reply from.

How about sending a follow-up email? There are instances when, with so many emails coming, support misses addressing your concern, or they are still in the verification process, and they need more information to process, and by sending them a follow-up E-mail, they will prioritize your issue if you request it since its posted here there's a possibility that they will fasttract it, I read we a member of the community that help address all concern you may want to follow up with him
