AFAIK, accessing the casino through a mirror link is basically the same as playing on the main domain. If you use the forgot password feature and get a message saying "User does not exist", it's likely that the email was entered incorrectly or there was a typo when the account was created.

Yes, you're right. I didn't see the screenshot carefully. A mirror link should be connected to the main domain because they use the same database and login system. So if it's possible to log in through the mirror link but the main domain says the account doesn't exist, it indicates something is not right. This is what I wanted to say before reading that someone has already said something similar. I have experience this on different casino that I have registered and played, most of the time the registration is incomplete and that's when I come across the same error.

There is definitely some serious issue with this casino's database, I've done exactly this which you guys suggested, which is to try registering on the main site with the same email address I used to register on the mirror, here is the outcome...

First, visited  1win.ng which is the official domain for my country, I tried registering afresh but there was no option to register with email address, only registration with phone number available..


I then went to the mirror site where i am already logged in and updated my phone number...


I went back to the official 1win.ng site and tried registrating afresh with the same phone number I updated the mirror site with, and I was told " a user with this number already exists...


I then clicked on the "forget password" in the sign-in page, they gave me the option to either input my email or phone number, I inserted the same phone number I tried registering with which said a user with the number already exists, click on submit and I still got the same error saying "user does not exist"


This clearly shows there is something actually wrong with 1win's database.

I’m reaching out because my account at 1win.com was suddenly blocked, and I believe this happened without any legitimate reason.

I had recently won a significant amount on sports bets and attempted to withdraw my winnings. At that point, the platform requested a KYC verification. I completed the verification exactly as instructed, and the system confirmed that my documents were successfully approved.

However, about an hour later, I received an email stating that my account had been permanently blocked for allegedly violating clause 9.7 of their Terms and Conditions (accusations such as multi-accounting, using software to automate bets, arbitrage betting, etc.). I have never done any of these things. I used only one account, placed normal bets, and followed the rules.

Here is the message they sent me:

“|Hello! Our security service has carried out a comprehensive and objective check regarding your game account trovald.mayhem@gmail.com and, based on its results, we report the following. At the same time, we inform you that in accordance with clause 9.7. Of the Site Usage Rules, the General Terms and Conditions section (hereinafter referred to as the Rules), if a bettor commits fraudulent actions against a betting company (multi-account, use of software to automate bets, play in arbitration situations, if the gaming account is not used to place bets, abuse of loyalty programs, etc.), the betting company reserves the right to prevent such fraudulent actions by canceling bets and closing the betting participant's gaming account. They also stated that the account cannot be restored, and that any future account will be instantly blocked as well.

I feel this is extremely unfair, especially since the issue appeared only after I tried to withdraw my winnings. I would appreciate any advice from the community — has anyone experienced a similar situation with 1win? Is there any way to appeal this decision or recover my funds?

You can't say without a reason. And this is a serious case because "permanent" means, no way again. You are to contact the support as instructed.
