And it is good they have to investigate thoroughly before banning someone and when they do, they have to state it clear to the use the reason why is ban. This only proves that casinos can also make mistakes in their decisions, and sometimes they’re willing to correct them.

If you think about it in real life, it’s similar to a case where someone is already convicted, but on appeal the higher court finds them not guilty and reverses the decision.

As long as a party is willing to fight for what’s right, there’s still a chance the correct decision gets handed down.
Of course, cases like this are rare, but they do happen.

I think the opposite. The casino should investigate carefully before taking the decision to permanently ban a user for whatever reason. And for whatever cause, the reason to ban should be valid. It would harm the reputation of any casino if decided to ban a user then later decided to lift the ban. This is a clear proof of unprofessionalism.

Casinos don't ban users from their marketing contests without reasons, and in fact they usually have many reasons and evidence collected but it does not make sense and helpful for their business to fully inform their users, cheaters about reasons behind the ban. You are absolutely right, @Teethhow after asking I was logging into 1win casino to see this feature but couldn't find the 2FA feature. Since he is asking for help, I told him all the process. But it is very important to connect it for the protection of users. Honestly in my view, this is not where 2FA authentication is required.But even if everything goes smoothly, decisions should be made for more protection in the future.
