Can someone here confirm or verify if it is still possible to talk to real agent in 1win? Ever since I tried asking about promotion herein bitcointalk only AI chat replies to my inquiry and I never get connected to real agent.

Oh man I thought I was lazy in not finding appropriate chat section, some days ago. It appears I am not alone and it either the live support is absent or hard to access.
I even said to AI chatbot to 'connect me to human' (usually it always works on other sites) but I got the same menu to choose with a list of FAQ type responses.
I guess emailing support is the way to go there.

It is good to see that 1win has maintained its presence here on this platform, and so far, there have not been any serious accusations against the casino, as you have said, and I applaud them for being committed and consistent in delivering their services here and I wish the casino a long-lasting existence here and both in their casino business. I didn't noticed that but it's a good achievement that 1win is very consistent with their service and as well as their marketing. More better years for them as this 2026's year has come. There will be promotions to come and that's possible because they're now becoming more popular even in the mainstream.

Yes, there is nothing wrong with using AI for chat support but the problem is that service becomes poor when there is no proper follow up. I mean sometimes AI replies are fine, but when additional details are needed, things that only real agent can explain, there is no one to talk about it because you can't connect to the real agent.. That's what we're talking about here.

The same case happened with the support system of 1win. It appears that they have become over-reliant on AI chat, and it is extremely hard to contact an actual human agent via the live support. The bot even repeats itself in answering automated frequently asked questions even when you ask to be connected to someone. This is particularly annoying in case of promotion or account related matters that require clarification. In the meantime, the only possible method of contacting a real representative appears to be email support.

I realized that 1win has many free rolls. While most are open for all (below $100 prize pool) but some are reserved for Bronze level vips (like $200-$1000 prize pool). I can not find any information about how much you need to wager to get that level. If any one of you playing those tourney please let me know. It would very helpful. BTW, if I transfer my VIP status from another reputed casino, will I be eligible for these VIP freerolls? I am at Plat 1 (now you know which casino I am talking about  )

I also did not know about this. Not only that, I also do not know how to check my VIP status herein 1win. LOL
 I have been playing here for long time you know that since poler tournament, but I have never experienced receiving VIP rewards. Before, I often received 1 USD balance and sometimes free bets. I got 2 free spin bonuses 50 spins each in my account at different times. One has 30x wagering and the other 40x. Not sure if these are from the previous contest or not.
