I myself am sometimes confused by the 1win domain whether this is an official mirror domain, but we cannot verify whether this is legitimate or not there is no tool to check it.
Like I found a collection of 1win mirror links 2024 the mirror link is no longer active. https://www.1winmirror.com/
Like the mirror links from 1win don't last long, after that they create new mirrors without notifying their customers.
That's a good suggestion for the 1win management to make that website active and someone to monitor it. Just some updates from time to time if a mirror is still working and an official one, and if there are some added mirror links or removed recently. It's a way to remove the confusion from the users who have preferred links to visit when they're about to gamble with 1win. And just for some updates for the dota 2 team of 1win, they've lost against Navi, which is a good team too. Because they're not the only team that's beaten by them but even one of the greatest, parivision.
Sometimes casino management always underestimate this because they think it may not be important so there is no full attention to inactive or unfamiliar mirror links because it will obviously be confusing.

That's the best way to eliminate confusion and it's actually not a difficult thing to do either, they just need to notify the updates, both the ones that no longer work and the new ones that are added, that way users won't have any questions whether it's official or not.

This is both a suggestion and a constructive criticism, because I'm sure they also want users to be able to comfortably continue with them without experiencing confusion or anything like that.
There's no problem with good suggestions and constructive criticisms because they're a way to help improve the service of any casino.

Since this could really help their existing clients to determine easily what sites are legitimately owned by them, also they can help their clients to avoid any possible phising attempts which is always happening online.

I tried to search some info about if we just missed they have site for this but it seems that they didn't create anything. But maybe there are some good developments will happen especially that there's discussion towards this matter in their thread.
We'll have to wait and see if they'll do something like the others have and if this concern will be raised to them.

Please note that you have to have a balance lower than 0.5$ in order to play with the bonus money.

I got a $200 bonus from free spins months ago but I when I was spinning it was using my real balance, If only I knew this beforehand atleast I wouldn't have ignored it and could've had fun spinning more slots back then. Now I'm just getting daily shitty FS from the site.

I don’t know about other experience about 1win support chat, but I can say that 1win has the worst customer support based on my experience. It wasn’t like this before I talk to real agent before, but now it’s really hard to get in touch with them. Not only is it difficult, sometimes you can’t contact them at all. They even give you chat options you don’t need. All I want is to talk to a real agent, but instead they give me an AI chat that I don’t need jusst useless.
The good thing is I finally redeemed my 1win tokens almost $10, or 500 PHP. It’s my first time redeeming 1win tokens. How about you? lol

I understand your plight here but one thing I think we should know is that some casinos do have the option for players to activate the bonus at their will if they are interested in it and it is also expected that upon recieving such bonus, you play and you notice your account is deducted what is expected of you to do is to quickly communicate to the customer support for assistance because normally it is asummed that you are expected to accept the bonus by activating some functions so you can access it or you ignore it that is just the understanding there so if a player is interested in the bonus, they should either activate it or they contact support.

I don’t know about other experience about 1win support chat, but I can say that 1win has the worst customer support based on my experience. It wasn’t like this before I talk to real agent before, but now it’s really hard to get in touch with them. Not only is it difficult, sometimes you can’t contact them at all. They even give you chat options you don’t need. All I want is to talk to a real agent, but instead they give me an AI chat that I don’t need jusst useless.

It can be very frustrating when you are trying to bring an issue to the customer support and all you are getting is rubbish options from artificial intelligence. I don't know if they have a real support currently but it will not make any sense if there is no real human support that can talk to customers about their problems that need to be resolved.

I don’t know about other experience about 1win support chat, but I can say that 1win has the worst customer support based on my experience. It wasn’t like this before I talk to real agent before, but now it’s really hard to get in touch with them. Not only is it difficult, sometimes you can’t contact them at all. They even give you chat options you don’t need. All I want is to talk to a real agent, but instead they give me an AI chat that I don’t need jusst useless.

It can be very frustrating when you are trying to bring an issue to the customer support and all you are getting is rubbish options from artificial intelligence. It is now unnecessary to reach an actual agent, and the artificial intelligence chat is more irritating than helpful in cases when you need real assistance. It was better in terms of customer support. You were able to redeem your tokens at least, though not a huge amount. Hopefully 1win will provide better human support in the future, as a proper human support is extremely significant to any casino platform in the long term.

You have to contact CS for this. I faced the same issue one week ago and it solved automatically but it is a common issue I guess.
Please note that you have to have a balance lower than 0.5$ in order to play with the bonus money.

I got a $200 bonus from free spins months ago but I when I was spinning it was using my real balance, If only I knew this beforehand atleast I wouldn't have ignored it and could've had fun spinning more slots back then. Now I'm just getting daily shitty FS from the site.

You're right. When I get a bonus from a casino, I don't bother making a deposit. I just play with the bonus. As far as I remember, the free spins bonus from 1win must be activated manually. If you have a real balance, you shouldn't claim the bonus or withdraw your funds before activating it. In essence, keeping funds in a casino is not recommended.

Customer support is crucial. It can really disappoint a player if the support they receive isn’t what they expect. For some players, customer support can even be a turning point. AI should only be used for basic questions or inquiries, so they should still appoint real agents. Are they cutting costs? If their support system is like that, players will be cut as well. I understand your plight here but one thing I think we should know is that some casinos do have the option for players to activate the bonus at their will if they are interested in it and it is also expected that upon recieving such bonus, you play and you notice your account is deducted what is expected of you to do is to quickly communicate to the customer support for assistance because normally it is asummed that you are expected to accept the bonus by activating some functions so you can access it or you ignore it that is just the understanding there so if a player is interested in the bonus, they should either activate it or they contact support.
I agree with you. I might not like the wager requirements of the bonus given to me and choose to ignore it by not activating it or contact the customer support. It's not everyone that normally have interest in casino bonuses. To show your interest you would contact the casino if there's no activation button. Casinos operates in different ways when it comes to bonuses.
