Yes, it's best to ignore people who make accusations without evidence, because when they get a lot of responses, that's exactly what they expect. Besides, we're not stupid enough to distinguish between false accusations and those who can prove them valid. Responding to such people is a waste of time, as we gain nothing from our interaction with them.

In my opinion, I think betting on sports without any knowledge prior to match is almost the same on betting to other games that based on luck since both are pure random on this case.

You are absolutely right, Arsenal are masters of ruining  parlays, and your friends story is not surprising. They gave up 21 points from winning positions last season, if my memory serves me correctly. While their defense was strong, other things held them back. They had 6 red cards last season, the worst in the league, which destroyed control of the game at crucial times. Another thing is that despite their good numbers, Arsenal cannot finish clinically. They failed to win many matches last season even with a lead, which proves their lack of ruthlessness

Although Atalanta is far worse than Napoli, I honestly wouldn't underestimate a club like Atalanta, who have drawn more than 11 of their matches.
