Among the meals you suggested to avoid, the only one I was struggling with and going back and forth on was bread; they make these breads appealing by using favorite celebrities in marketing. But the wheat bread is better.

Isn't wheat bread with reduced or no sugar intended for diabetic patients? I always recommend this, and the online doctors I know always advise diabetes patients to eat only wheat bread if they must eat bread. You are the only one advising the contrary, and I'd like to know why.
Simple its filled with carbs. your body changes them to sugar and you can’t handle the sugar.
so
a) you stay hungry as you spend energy changing the wheat to which your body can not digest.
b) to give an example I can eat two full sized pizzas 🍕 16 slices 8 per pie and a quart of beer.
still be hungry and lose weight doing it as essentially I am not eating food as far as my body is concerned I am exercising to change shitty carbs into sugar which is basically a poison for me.
look into keto diets they recommend zero wheat or close to zero wheat.

a sandwich is 2 slices or 34 carbs. Most days I eat 25-50 carbs the whole day.
My body can not handle two slices of bread with toast breakfast
two slices of bread lunch.
that would be 68.
i would have to skip fruit and nuts and most veg as they have carbs
all pretty much better than any bread carb even our whole wheat.
so bread cereal pasta and beer all go out the window.
in December I ate two sandwiches and four slices of bread.with olive oil for the whole month.
the sandwiches were chicken breast mayo cheese lettuce and tomatoes.
so in 31 days I have had under 16 oz of bread about 200 grams of carbs or six grams a day.
pasta I had a special pasta with very very very high fiber net 3 grams maybe six serving so it nets 20
and my cereal was net 8 for 15 days or 120.
add all that up and you get 340 grams of fiber a month around 10-11 grams from grains in a month
so,yeah whole wheat is better than white bread but neither is better.

I am under 1000 grams a month .
some with grains including wheat.
some with fruit
some with cake
some with pastry
some with veggies
when you try to,stay low on carbs. you have to make choices.
I rather have a piece of fruit
a piece of chocolate
a piece of pie
a cookie
whipped cream
than whole wheat bread.
as all of them do not help that much health wise for me.
actually the

the dark chocolate are healthier for me than the bread.
but cholesterol is not an issue for me so I can pretty much eat any kind of fat.
a lot of people get lost thinking grain carbs are okay if you are predisposed to diabetes thaey are terrible.
