Pakhitheboss and his alternative accounts

I was just listening to a guy named charlie kirk the other day talk about something similar to this. Is it ok to rob a bank because you have no money? Is it ok to steal becuase you have no food? The answer is no, you are breaking the rules period and nothing makes that ok.

I am not advocating that anyone tag this user, he should have been tagged in the past though.

He should have been tagged five years ago considering he had five accounts and he cheated multiple times in signature campaigns and bounty campaigns by enrolling multiple accounts. I don't know if he really stopped, or just learned how not to repeat the same mistake so nobody can catch him. It's been five years and if he did not repeat the same thing, then the community should give him a 2nd chance. But once someone cheats, people have a hard time believing that he wouldn't repeat the same thing. But this time, he knows how he got caught last time, so he would avoid making the same mistakes.

I don't want to defend anyone, but if money is lying on the road and no one takes it, simply because it's someone else's, do you believe this is possible and no one will use it?

The forum allows alternative accounts. But these alternative accounts are not allowed to cheat. What does the forum do to prevent cheating? Nothing. Only people who catch cheaters sometimes prevent them from breaking these rules.

If it were impossible to register hundreds of alternative accounts, there would be no temptation to milk the forum. At least not everyone can change their IP, device, MAC address, and everything that is not allowed for cheating on other sites.

I don't believe that people will be honest just because the word "forbidden" is written somewhere. They will take advantage of the opportunity where there are loopholes. Poverty and greed give birth to the desire to break the rules; those who are not in great need will follow the rules, but there will be very few of them. However, since the forum does not prohibit anything globally, the mistakes of those who are inattentive to their alternatives and allow detection of your own judged fairly.

Convincing and valid arguments within the scope of signature earnings/bounties.
Though the very existence of this wonderful place is not centered around signature earnings/bounties, I do not think the forum should compromise on its core vision (which you know much better than me) just to prevent some cheaters/potential cheaters.
Personally, I think it is impossible for someone to grow here without a serious commitment to learning, and if someone compromises he will be caught sooner or later. I think you were the one who gave the drug addict analogy, 'It will never be enough for them' in one of my threads.

The forum allows alternative accounts. But these alternative accounts are not allowed to cheat. What does the forum do to prevent cheating? Nothing. Only people who catch cheaters sometimes prevent them from breaking these rules.

Forum does nothing for cheaters. It's normal but i think that forum made DT members to catch cheaters and take action against them. Those of you who are DT members can catch cheaters and mark them with red tags. Although you know more than I do about all this. I have noticed that some DT members have randomly tagged cheaters without getting any proper evidence. I have seen many people fall victim to trolls on these issues. Actually, forum made DT Members because they use their tags correctly, but it is not right to use their tags wrongly.

You will notice that in one of my threads, Pakhitheboss tagged me with a worthless reference. Later, When i looked at his account and saw that he is an alt account. The way he made various comments made it seem that he understands the forum well and knows things that no one else knows. Later, it turned out that he was caught with many of his own alt accounts.

On the other hand, I got tagged even though I was not an alt account. You may have seen why I got tagged and you also raised some topics there. There are many accounts on the forum that I suspect are suspicious of the topics but I have not seen any action taken against them. I have been falsely blamed despite having taken permission to participate in the contest.

After all, you DT members are enough to catch the cheaters. The forum has nothing to do with cheaters separately. Some of you DT members are doing a good enough work to catch the cheaters. But JollyGood is not doing its tagging work properly. It needs to be corrected, but he does not pay any attention to these, and you can also see that it sits quietly without tagging the accounts that are in JollyGood's favour.

However, this is again proof that accounts that grow randomly on the forum will definitely be caught and red-tagged. Like: Worldofcoins, Pakhitheboss, elevates, Bureau

Look, I don't want to play devil's advocate role here. However, the tag on your profile is not an incorrect use of the feedback system. This is a neutral tag, and I do believe your account gives the impression of a farmed account. No matter how hard you try to explain that you did not have any other accounts, your account gives the impression that you were kind of familiar with the forum before you joined the contest.

The feedback on your profile is not incorrect. Now, it is up to the managers if they do care about this feedback or not. An alternative account is allowed. Even if you are an alternative account and you do not cheat, you are good. You should try different campaigns and see if they consider you.

I agree with @Shishir99. If I have to bet, I will bet my money on the fact that you have at least one alt account (high ranking). However, I will never tag you based on my hunch (well, it is more than a hunch but let's call it that for the time being). Since I have commented about your account in public, I think I must explain why I think so. Below is the reason, and let everyone decide what they think of it,
It took me 5 months to learn/notice, how to use a URL in a form so that it merged with texts. When I learned that, I made a post full of embedded links . But in your case You are doing that within 24 hrs of your account. I mean, common, 2nd post itself!
This reason might sound funny and definitely not worth tagging by any means, but I just wanted to share my opinion that the way I found one little thing (and I am willing to make a bet on it ) with just a little experience here, think of the list of little things, flashing in high beams in front of much more experienced and wise members.
Remember, what I  have said about you, I gave an explanation and I also think the same for any other member who tagged you but did not explain it. Perhaps they want to keep some things secret so that others can not exploit them. But I still think there has to be an explanation and DTs cannot be given freehand.

I feel like yahoo62278 was right in his assumption. Is it safe to assume that he has just disappeared? The last time he posted in this thread was on 5th February and it was the last time he was online with this account. I believe he just gave up on this account and thinks there is no point wasting time on this account. He might have other accounts where he could invest his time to make some money instead of wasting his time here because the case is pretty much clear and there is nothing to debate.

Regarding this thread, should I keep it open for further discussion? Or should I lock it because I believe the community is aware of this case and the actions that have been taken so far are good enough even though his campaign manager is loyal to his dream user?

I am looking at Shasan's loan repayment deadline which is happening soon (3 days max) plus we might also have to create a flag against his profile, so a closed thread may seem a little restrictive to the accused party, though we know he is guilty at this point in time. He is not likely coming back to defend himself 

This goes without saying, thanks for flushing out the fraud. I am certain he is now relaying on other alts or has just created a couple of new ones so that he can farm them as well.

This need not necessarily be the case. Sashan usually waits months, sometimes I remember up to a year to open a thread saying that someone has defaulted. As far as I know it is not uncommon in forum lenders. I guess when they have given an unsecured loan and the date passes they wait longer just in case the miracle happens.

If Shishir99 wants to lock it, it's up to him, Sashan can open one in the future about Pakhitheboss's default.

Pakhitheboss has had plenty of time to defend himself, and should he miraculously appear after locking this thread he can write a PM to Shishir99 to reopen it or open another thread himself in his defense.

Pretty sure this thread will not really have anything relevant added at this point. If pakhi wants to defend himself he can do as Don mentioned and open his own thread. I doubt we see any defense since we haven't before now.

Regarding the shasan loan, looks like he is likely out on this loan and it's unfortunate.

Possible we can saved that amount loan but the chances of Pakhi to involvement of cheating here is still there.

but lenders should not expect something like that, it's not the community business to not put a loan in jeopardy.

also @shishir99 timing wasn't bad, as @Pakhitheboss had already paid $650 from the $600 he borrowed, so @Shasan is only out on interest. it could have been much worse.

I don't care if he is going to wait for 1 year+, I am only waiting for the next few days as indicated on the neutral feedback before doing what is necessary.

Considering that he had to risk all those months, it's still unfair IMO, but it is what it is. Regardless, I am still grateful that the scambug had to be exposed. The timing really doesn't matter because it could have been worse, especially with that DT manipulation going on. Kudos @shishir99

Someone found the connection and informed me about Pakhi and his alternative accounts. I investigated a little more to ensure I was not accusing him wrong. Yeah, I could have checked if he had loans, but it never came to my mind, and I am sorry about it.

I do not have any personal opinion about the thread. Some of you want me to keep it open, and some say I can lock it. JeromeTash says he wants to create a flag and wait a little more, so I will keep this for a couple more days. Thanks!

I think it's ok to bring this to light when he did. I mean, people (lenders) now know what to look for and maybe there have been other accounts operated by Pakhi that also want to take, or already took, loans.

That's true. But I have known shasan for 6-7 years now, I respect the service that he provides for the community, so I try not to affect his loan business with tags when I can. I don't expect everyone else to do the same and that's OK, people should do what they feel is right.

Honestly there's at least a few other accounts I'm waiting to repay their loans before I tag them (don't worry, its nobody in this thread, lol). I gave shasan some advice to tighten up his lending practice as I hate seeing him lose money over it.

i agree, @Shishir99 did nothing wrong here.

@Pakhi hasn't defaulted on the loan yet, so we will have to wait and see.
even tho i doubt it, i hope he will do the right thing and fully pay back the loan.

besides, he has not been removed from his current campaign, so he definitely can come back, earn some money, and pay it back ($176 is only 2-3 weeks of pay).

this could be avoided if the lender is given a heads up to not give a new loan, wait for the old loan to be fully paid, then expose/tag the account.

This should be the end of his Pakhitheboss account. He was last active on 17th February and changed the account settings so we can see when he was last active on the forum. Before that, he changed his settings multiple times to privacy mode and then changed again so we could see his last active time. Finally, he defaulted on the loan and shasan created a scam accusation already and I see the flag is active.

He did not say anything in defense means he accepted everything. I was kind of surprised when I saw icopress believes he is a good guy and relied on Livecasino's statement. He was backstabbed by this user with their alternative account, yet he expected pakhi to come back and say something. He kept pakhitheboss in his campaign till this current week, but Pakhi must have disappointed him.

This thread will be locked within the next 24 to 48 hours.

We are just dumb insects to da boss man. We are too dumb to figure out the big picture ourselves. Da boss man was going to explain it but then he probably said “fuck it, these cunts don’t deserve it nor have they the capability to understand it, imma go swim in the ocean”
