And because I have become a responsible gambler, what I need when experiencing such emotional conditions is Time, which usually I will stop all gambling activities for a while until this condition is really stable and not think too much about the problem, then I will try to play again with the strategy used or a different strategy, usually it works well for me to be able to control emotions when gambling.

I always have my reservation to spending more, why should you even deposit more than you can afford to lose in the first place? Or if it's something with emotionally continuing to deposit, despite deleting your available balance because you're chasing loses?

I'll always advise depositing according to your gambling budget and applying behavioral control by stepping away from your device upon exhaustion of your available balance. In controlling your emotions when gambling, you have to understand and know the kind of feeling you are at that time and be ready to change, that is being happy, sad or ashamed of yourself, though you are not the first person that has passed through that stage before, you have to keep your cool in other for you to know when to stay in the playing game, enter or even exit, because allowing your emotions to control you might get out of hands, you will lose your focus in the game.
