You are correct,  it is impossible to stay calm when you lose a big amount in gambling when you never have any plan for, more especially you can't afford to lose it. It's better to stick with a reasonable amount of bet you know you can afford to loss. Im not actually a fan of increasing my bets as it helps me control my maximum losses when gambling. Yes you may not be able to catch a good wins but then we aren't here to make money from gambling.
