It is not a problem as long as we only use the allocated amount. Because in most cases, even if they have a tight budget, they still spend more on gambling compared to their basic needs. And sometimes they take some loans to fund their gambling habits. It was not just having mental stress, but it completely compromised our finances. I don't know how this can ever be the solution. With the winning money or the bankroll plan, psychological issues can still arise and all of them would be lost so easily. This is why the solution to the psychological issue in gambling is what we should be talking about and not trying to use the way to manage our bankroll to solve it, that would be a big mistake. You know people aren't that careful with the word self-control, greed, and also addiction.
These words are seen as a common statement or sentence we often used here without implementation, and of course there should be some set of limitations and discipline while gambling, whenever they stick to discipline you would see that it would be hard we hear anything about addiction as more gamblers could be that careful not to become addicted.

Not everyone has the ability to control themselves, especially when it comes to gambling. No one can get out of gambling addiction just by wanting to, because its addiction is so terrible that even if the gambler wants to stay away from gambling, he will not be able to stay away from gambling because of this addiction. If you are determined and be consistent at your aim, I believe you can do it. But it takes a lot heck of a time. Looking back, I was addicted to gaming in the past. I would play all day long on my mobile and pc. It affected my overall growth and everything. But now I rarely play any games. It doesn't interest me that much anymore. I kept myself busy with other things, focused on them, and the addiction faded away slowly by slowly.

It's the same with controlling our emotions. With time, we just have to build up consistency and focus with a broader view in mind. If we can keep that up, we'll be able to control our emotional in bad situation and not make any impulsive decisions...
