The best solution is always related to money management. You must avoid to be tricked by your emotions. I have zero emotions when gambling.

Well based on my personal experience of more than 25 years until I quit in early January 2025 is that emotional control cannot happen especially in gambling. Sure you can start the session and saying to yourself that you will quit if things go wrong and that you will control emotions and will be not impacted by them only to find out that things precipitated south pretty quickly and this was all because of the rage that got the best of you and you forgot completely about emotional control.

I just throw my mobile phone when I lost specially in games like slots, LOL. But seriously, if I lost my bet then I will just have to stop simply as that. And then think of my priorities and like I need to bring food in the table for my family mentality.

Sorry mate it looks like you contradict yourself, I mean if you really gamble then it's already part of your life. Maybe you are not that addicted, but still you have taste what gambling is, and that is what's the most important there, whether you can control it or not as what the OP is asking.

Times without number, the best and first way to help you control your emotions in gambling is to only risk what you can afford to loss. Thats where so many people gets it wrong as they fail to see this simple method as the only way not to become emotional. It's difficult, that's an honest answer from me who had been playing a lot of slot games in our local online gambling application.
