I second this. I think more than the moderation part, a private group where only a limited number of users will be found is much better for those who are pretty active so that they can make use of the bonuses and promotions when they are announced if they are on a first-come, first-served basis because if the group is crowded, you will barely get the opportunity to get a bonus because they will already be claimed and if the group is public, bonus abusers will always be present in it.

TBH, automated tools only helps up to a certain extent. Also lifts the workload of staffs. The best course, would be to combine it with mods who are present by shift so chat is essentially moderated all the time.

Hm. I'm not sure about exclusivity as the invite link is still available in public--on their website. Essentially, a lot of people would still be able to join. Public chats are just easier to jump into as they are searchable by its @.

Well, it's not really about the market but the uniqueness of their UI, UX and offerings, I love that, I've always loved it with casinos or any other companies I deal with to do things slightly differently from the general ways of doing it. I agree with you Quentoshi, scammers these days are becoming more smarter as technology advances.  And that is why the presence of an agent can help provide  more security. I admit the fact that bot monitoring can go a long way in securing the system but these are just bunch of codes that can be rewritten they cannot be as efficient as both combined.

But somehow its not good to close the community exclusive only for small groups of people. Since how they can grow their community with that? Telegram scammers are just there and I think its personal obligation for people to know what is scam and which is not.

Its better if they just warn people about those scams and also always highlight in the group that they won't send any message first.
