I think maybe you missed it, because it's there on their X page and the recruitment for the position required you to fill out some form and also your CV with a little bit questionnaire for them I think to access you base on your knowledge concerning the job if you have maybe handle something similar or your first time.

The casino is still growing and setting up an active customer support will help increase recommendations and playing experience with the bethog casino.

Thanks for taking the initiative to bring this up as I completely forgot that they could also be active on X. I thought it was only Telegram. I am a very active user on X and they have gained one more follower.

You can check their telegram channel. They are very active in the platform. And all the questions asked in that place, they used to answer them and if it is individual account issue they would channel the user to another place to handle the problem and solve the case. I am not on Facebook so I don't know their strength there and also I am not on X.
And one thing in social media is that when the account is active and posting new thing and updating the profile in all time that people will follow up. But because of this thread forum, their telegram handle has about 543 members and 100+ always online.

It depends on what country you live since here in Philippines facebook dominates all the social media above while X is on the last place for popularity at least for me and my social network.

However, CMIIW US and EU use X more often than facebook. So the ranking on social media strength varies based on what’s the preference of each user.

Irrespective of the platforms, the marketing team who are professionals will know how to go about with their promotional contents that best suites the audience in these countrles.

If your budget for marketing is not big enough the casino will prioritize it.

They must assess their resources before creating new accounts on other social media because even they don't spend money for advertisements there, they will have to spend human resources to handle those social media accounts.

It does not help anything by creating accounts and let them unlively with no posts and activities but it has risk of account hacks that can be used to spread phishing links for example. If happens, it damages the business reputation and harm users.

Correct, I’m not good on global marketing however I do place ads regularly on different social media platform for my business and adjust ads budget based on what platforms gives much better conversion since our content sometimes varies depending on our product.

Hiring a good marketing professional is indeed a must when promoting a brand like this.
