I'm very sure that your suggestions have been noted because this particular suggestion must have been mentioned a couple of times to the company, and they are aware of the importance of it. For the now, we need to understand simply that it is a new and growing casino and as they are taking their time to grow, increase their staff and mature into the casino space all these little omissions currently like live support will be fixed.

But anytime I choose this option, the answer is always that their live support is taking a break and we are suggested to submit a ticket.
