BetHog is a very new casino and I am sure they will get better over time. If the amount withdrawn is high, I think it is normal for it to take time. Because account transactions are definitely reviewed. This is not only valid for casinos. If crypto exchanges are newly established and the withdrawal amount is high, they cannot perform the transaction immediately.

Manual processing and automatic processing have pros and cons so the Bethog team have to consider those factors for their business operation, security as well as user convenience. I believe that they will consider development and deployment of automatic withdrawal process for users when everything tested well and an actual deployment and operation won't put risk on their business budget.

Doing this before testing carefully enough can cause unwanted exploitation which is very harmful for their business treasury and surely if a company has monetary issues, users will likely not be safe. I think community already made their voice on their need and the team are open-minded enough for providing this necessary feature for their customers.

As you hint to in your response, there isnt actually any benefit to manual withdrawals in essence. One must just be competent in implementing such a procedure.

Jokes aside, you could have done something that triggered their system to flag your account, did you use VPNs to access the site? Share Wi-Fi with some other people/family members? Share your device with family members? Use an internet café or public Wi-Fi to access the casino?

The game seems to have the same theme and flavor lol. I used to see BetHog posting on Twitter about pump.fun coins. They seem to be huge fans of pump.fun, and same sort of platform lol.
I'm not familiar with pump.fun. Anyway, now it is clear to me why the concept of the crash game is different here. Just to make it clear, @Little Mouse is not an official representative of the platform, he is just managing their signature and events, and all he can do is contact the team and ask them about your case so that they check it out and do what's necessary, and I'm pretty sure he has already done that because I remember him asking you to DM him with your ID. So, you shouldn't feel like he isn't doing anything because he has done his part; your best bet is to keep trying to contact the team and see what they say about it. If they say the decision is final, I don't know if anything can be done in that case.

Also, as suggested by @Eternad, you should try and reach out @holydarkness and he might be able to assist you with your case. In case the team says that they have found a breach of their Terms and Conditions and they aren't going to allow more withdrawals, it's still not that bad since you said you had already withdrawn more than what you had initially deposited.

I discourage you from sending your account credentials to a third party. You can provide screenshots of your account. Just need to add total withdrawal and total deposit. If I am not wrong, if you really did something wrong, they will not enable withdrawal for the rest of your funds. You are lucky you withdrew more than you deposited. Even if they don't enable withdrawal, you may simply avoid them.

Not my internet nor my pc, and the only site i experience this sort of thing on. As you can see, it is literally unplayable. If this is by design, and the rapidly fluctuating multiplier makes it appear as choppy as hell, i'd be genuinely surprised. Its too much for the eyes to focus on.
I have watched the video, and it is normal there. BetHog team has designed the game in that way. The game is playable, but you will fail to cashout on a desired multiplier if you try to do it manually. So, the best option would be to set a targeted cashout point. Basically most casino's representative in this forum is usually also limited to marketing purpose only, representative usually comes from their marketing team while most issues related to deposit/withdrawal and some other things usually handled by different team.
