School or Skills?

Why not the both of them. Schools is really that important trust me but it has failed a lot of students and graduates  I mean the system failed but with the both of them together. The school system failing you do not mean you should deceive the next set of generations about schools. There's a great deal to be gotten from school, but if you don't like your situation and want to level up, then it is time to merge both school and skills together. I remembered being asked this exact question by a friend, I think 5 to 6 weeks ago, and here was my response to him. In as much as we have literally uneducated people who are quite successful from trade and skill set, we cannot deny the fact that there are also billionaires whose source of wealth is from professional careers ( for example; engineers, lawyers, doctors, accountants... And what have you).

Deciding which to fall to is highly dependent on one's psychology and self discovery. Although it is very advisable to have a little background in education if your choice of path is skill set. Like in the case of prominent billionaires like; Mark Zuckerberg, Bill gates, Steve Jobs... Who are all college dropouts.

To cut the whole thing short, personally I will chose skil any time, any day. And if you feel education is better, then fine, make sure you pursue your career to the highest level possible. And for skill, practice and practice till you're at the top of your league.

It's true that many students graduate but fail. But perhaps more gently, it's just not the right time. I think everyone, especially recent graduates, imagines they'll be able to land a high-paying job and make their families proud. However, there are also some students who graduate and ultimately fail. Looking at my community and my country, there are quite a lot of students who fail.
Combining school and skills is a good way and may offer a greater chance of success. But not all skills are taught in school; sometimes only a few materials are specifically designed for those skills, so the rest is learned on our own.

Colleges promote violence, so every college graduate needs to burn its stupid ass degree.

Yes both is perfect, but school never failed anyone the society did, because why on earth should someone apply for a job as a recent graduate full of capacity and eager to utilize he's or her knowledge in service to humanity but only to be informed by the employer that 10 years of experience is one of the crucial requirements. Because it is not possible for graduate especially a recent graduate to have experience without being employed to practice or work. By my assumptions, there are strong indications already that we are moving past an era where employers put educational qualifications at the fore front of their requirement for employment into certain positions, some employers now hold personal qualities such as skills possessed by the individual ahead of the school they went to and the degree they graduated with. First, I would like to ask, could this be a reflection of a failing educational system? My second question is that if you happen to be the employer here, which will you consider more, school or skills?

Both are important, the reason why the idea of going to school is becoming less popular is because of lack of flexibility with the school systems we are using the same system for the last century with very little upgrade.

Skills gives you the edge when everyone else has the same qualifications, I suggest a whole restructuring of the school system to fit the era we are in. Maybe you’re right we will get to a point were employers seek for skills a potential employee possesses and how competent they are

I believe that the very essence of the existence of school was to make everyone an employee, because if you look very well as long as we the individual's continue of leave by the system ,the system will keep educating us for either civil service or something that deals with education, and so on. but then that doesn't mean people shouldn't go to school no it's all so wrong,education favours most person's not all but then going to school will help you sharpen you knowledge of thinking , reasoning , and creativity that's just it.
 However skills on the other hand is very good most especially when you have the funds or you are financially stable to have the required resources to implement your imagination into reality so in general both school and skill could eventually become one because it's said that when you have an alternative in life means you are already planning ahead . your skill could be the alternative while you also focus on school that's just it bro.....

I agree with this, we need to focus on achieving both, neither is less important, to be the best in real life, you need to achieve both, and that with all your might. Education and skills, these two need to be combined and for this you need to be patient and achieve them through hard work. School teaches us basic knowledge, thinking structure, social skills, discipline, and skills give us the strength to survive, improve, and create opportunities in real life. So you need to achieve both, then you will be able to hold yourself very firmly in all kinds of situations.
