Is Gambling Affect Education/Studies?

There are for sure a lot of regulations when it comes to gambling or casino especially regarding age, students, etc. For sure, it's going to be difficult to prove that it was a scheme of some casino, but in my country, there are a lot of gambling happening when it comes to students, and it is being allowed by a lot of establishments, not necessarily casinos, but some small gambling games, it could easily get penalized allowing students to gamble but there were also some that is just getting paid, so that they will not get in troubled with allowing students, most of the time it is just all about the money.

Getting the tuitions fees involved was really wild in my opinion, it wasn't the student money after all, but that money should have never be handle by the student, parents should be the one taking care of that, This just seems like to increase because of the online gambling getting popular, I see a lot of people getting addicted even my workmates are doing gambling in my workplace, For me it was there decision after all, all we can do here is I think educate how dangerous gambling can be, or else teach financial management to students.

I completely agree with you, to keep children away from bad habits, education needs to start from childhood. For a child's bright future, parents, teachers, and also the child himself must have the desire to receive education. Similarly, it is not enough to just prohibit things like gambling, it is more important to explain why they are harmful. If everything can be explained in a beautiful way, a better understanding will be created between them, which will make them more realistic, as a result their decisions will be better.

It is correct that teaching the child about the bad eeffect of gambling might be the main way to teach them about bad effect of gambling and the reason of avoiding gambling and the bad effect of gambling in the long run.

Yeah, it's called corruption. Have a lot of that where I live. F***ing corrupted officials. I hate them.
Children is our future, so, we must protect them. It's a fact that being young they can be susceptible to gambling. Students should not be allowed to gamble, even with fractions of a cent. For adults there's a formula: gamble only with what you can afford to lose. For young people it should be: do not gamble at all until you have your degree.

You have said right bro. Not teaching that gambling is bad, but teaching that gambling might have a bad effect on gambler. It is right to say that gambling is only bad. Parent cant predict future. There is a chance that his kid would win lottery one day. Chance is little, but it is not 0. As a parent, I dont teach my kid that gambling is bad, I teach that it should be done only once kid is 18, never gamble to much, explain financial education. I am ok if my kid would gamble when he is 18 on free money that he has, on money that he has earned himself or received as presents (his money, his rules).

Your decision is too good to compare with other parents that you will teach your child about the gambling when to join and when not what is the side effect of gambling. I guess it is time to explain financial experience with our child as you have mentioned.

The understanding and education that children are given from childhood affects them for the future, and this is why if children are given an idea about the bad effects of gambling, they will be much more wary of it from the very beginning. Children need to be made aware of how it leads to the destruction of people's lives, if they can be made to understand it deeply and if they really understand it correctly, they will never get involved in it.
