All of those may do KYC. Curaçao is cracking down and KYC is getting stricter and stricter.

They may be doing this from the start. There are few other that actually didn't ask KYC also when they started and then after awhile they started announcing users to fill KYC but not mandatory yet. However they are asking users to fill up and send documents when they withdraw funds on their limit.

After a year, they tend to make it mandatory. The regulation is here and most probably their license will be revoked if they are not asking KYC to their users.

Since you are new maybe you don't know that anything can happen in any crypto casino after an attempt to withdraw. I had issues even in some casinos where I am verified, and in some casinos, I have been playing for years just with an email address, and to this day I never had any problems with withdrawals. Unfortunately, I never hit a $50k win, but I had a few thousand dollars deposits & withdrawals.

I reckon with bc.game, not because I am wearing the signature and part of their campaign but with my personal experience is that I've played a lot of games in it and won a lot of contests and I haven't done KYC with them although wagers are required for those contests and it's totally fine to me. As per their restricted territories, Germany is nowhere to be found so should you decide, you're okay to register and start to play with the games you want.

The fact that Stake does now require verification shows that the industry is cracking down on this. I think it is a risk to use casinos that aren’t doing this now, because it is only a matter of time before they do and then you have to hole you can get verified and get your funds out, or they don’t and your funds get seized by regulators.

As far as I know, no crypto casino holds German license but there are some that allow Gambling to German citizens. There are some casinos that don't mention Germany in the prohibited list but at the same time almost all of them say that you shouldn't gamble if it's prohibited for you by local law of your country, so it's a very tricky situation.
I know one person on this forum who said that despite the fact that he was from Germany, Stake.com allowed him to gamble.

By the way, I think that these casinos might allow German citizens to play without a problem but verify it, I am not 100% confident in saying this: Crypto.Games and Bustabit.com

Expect something like that to happen especially that almost all casino now asked KYC after you win huge money with them since this they usually verify their winner for security reason and you might still caught up with this on other casino.

But you can try Metawin since they are known for not actually doing mandatory verification. But as I said don't expect that they would remain like that since same with other casino there's still chances of you will be asked to provide KYC especially if there's suspicious and large withdrawals happened in your account.
