So far, there is none. And most of the casinos that I've played have always been good to me and if there were some instructions or issues to me. I am cooperating with them.

The scam casinos don't give chances to the money of their victims, they won't do any refunds or whatsoever.

But the reputable ones, if there have been some problems being met as they operate, they'll let their avid customers if the withdrawals have been affected by such maintenance or upgrades.

DId you encounter a casino with promotion that you dont need to deposit money and you will get 100-500 free spins? Yes! there are some and they are scammers.
It is true that you dont need to deposit any amount and you will get the free spin, but the catch is, you need to deposit as part of KYC to withdraw your money.
And it not ends there, you cant still withdraw your money as they will ask you to complete some wager. No worries again as you will not lose in that casino. your money will be bigger!
But as you complete the wager and win the game, they will ask you again to deposit ome amounts for the withdrawal you will make.
And that is the time you need to worry! Smiley my cousin did everything just to get the money and ended up nothing.
i told him that is a scam website and he willl never get any amount. that is how the casino took his money.

Well I don't play games on casinos that much but I can still drop some helpful highlights on your question about an casino that takes your money's away, I do advise when choosing an casino always do your own research first their are good and reliable reputable, well licensed casino regulations compliance and don't always forgets to always read terms and conditions understand the casino terms rules before signing in it as much importance than been scammed.

There are some dishonest bookmakers and online casinos that use their position of power over gamblers and bettors to not give money, and at the same time pretend that they are not guilty.
Once, when I won $ 100 in slots on the second spin, I immediately decided to withdraw it. But the casino was against it, they immediately told me that my account had big problems with verification, and that I had to send them about three more different documents proving my identity and address. And I know that this was their way of not paying me this meager amount. And no matter how I tried to communicate with them, they did not pay me the money.

If the casino is a scam, there is nothing you can do to resolve it. However, if the casino is a serious company, they will tell you what happened and if there is a way to resolve it, whether you need to send additional documents, etc. They will guide you through the process.

I always wait for the confirmation time. If it is in BTC, for example, it can take up to two hours, as has happened to me. Other currencies can also take a while, depending on the number of transactions at a given time.

You are definitely right, there's little to nothing that can be done if the casino is a scam, that's why being in this forum gives you more advantage because you are not going to be a victim of things like this. I've come across someone who broke winning history in the casino, that's to say he staked a very little amount and won millions in a local currency not the USD.
But along the line, the casino refused to pay him defending itself that the casino programs had an error malfunctioning issue which lead the bookmakers mistakes and of which the bettor happened to had picked those games while the errors where been of the process of correction.
The bettor was denied of his huge sum of winning rather the casino said they'd only compensate the bettor with 3% out of 100% of his winning and the casino never in any form to had proved this bettor of any violation but yet they refused to let him redeem his prize.
He made his complains to every know official and social handle of the casino but to no avail just just the bettor is a poor individual who doesn't have enough money to take the case up.
So in this case, why would a casino find excuse towards their own mistake but can't find reasonable reasons towards players own mistakes? Then I think most of this casino that claims reputable aren't as claimed.

If you feel like you're been extorted or denied some rights for no reason and without any further explanation, then try communicatentheirbagent and report such, but if things remain the same way, try as much as possible bti see that you don't use them again for gambling because you could have more bigger challenges than this later in the future, you can make this decision provided that you don't have any big amount of money there on the casino wallet which you may not be able to afford leaving behind.

Thankfully this did not happen to me yet. I will definitely be frustrated if something like this happens to me as it could cause a lot of stress to a person especially if it's a big amount of money. But I agree with your points, we must do all those things first before we get angry. We need to stay calm and contact customer support first. If that doesn't work, they also have managers who we could try and reach out to because they might have an idea of what is happening or they could help you out directly.
I remember one time my balance turned to zero and many players in the "All Chat" were already bashing the online casino because they experienced the same. One chat manager came in and said there was a maintenance happening which is why our balances are gone and everything calmed down.

Maybe the OP talks that when casino doesn't want to pay us for the money that we should have won. So yeah, he pretty much laid out what we should do, luckily I haven't experience any of this because the casinos that I played has good reputation.

And there are a lot of casinos now, unlike before, and so maybe there are new casinos that will have to questioned those who have won big and might delay the paying. Worst they could be hiding on some reasons to delay like KYC and others.

You don't need to be panic when you lose a lot of money on casino, but don't chance the losses because you have the money with you. Go into more research to acquire more tactics that is helping others gamblers to be winning in that casino , and it will make some changes in your playing to start winning.

There’s always a reason behind it, and most of the time, it’s due to a violation of their Terms of Service, which leads to your funds being frozen. But situations like that should be reported to their regulator; otherwise, it’s no different from scamming their customers.

That’s why it’s always better to play in a regulated casino. The risk of having your funds frozen is much lower, and if it does happen, at least there are proper processes you can follow to dispute or appeal it.

If the casino is not a scam site, they wouldn't just block your account without a notification but for some case that we have seen on the forum here, the casino usually respond and resolve the complaints of customer except for a situation where the customer has faulted the ToS. For the second point you stated, you can not just go ahead to start submitting documents after your account has been blocked, all you have to do contact the support to know why your account is lock or why your withdrawal is not going through.

There is always an appeal button in every casino, users are expected to complain when funds are seized by a casino mostly after large wins. Things like this don't happen often, it's either the casino are suspicious of an activity and they have to freeze funds, same thing happen in CEX, when activities in the account get suspicious they are forced to freeze and require further details before unfrozen the account for withdrawal, contacting the team is the best thing to do.

Scam casinos will not refund your money if you win big and want to withdraw. However a legit casino can always give you back your money if your account was frozen based on a suspicious activity. Although a legit casino company with seize your money if you are using their platform to do money laundering and the money will be giving to suspicious activity reports (SAR). Actually the first thing to do when your casino freezes or restricted you from having access to your account you should contact their support team and give them any necessary information they asked for.
A legit casino would always have a reason for freezing your account and hold on to your money but a scam casino can hold our money not allowing you to withdraw it because they want to scam you and their is nothing you can do about it. When a legit casino s holding your money for any reason and you reach out to the  customer service, if you are done with the demand they need from you,  then it is possible for you to get back your money again.
