Guys, we've published a new tweet!

Solana surpassed 10 billion transactions in the first quarter of 2026, setting a new quarterly record. The total transaction volume of the Solana network has exceeded 500 billion, surpassing the combined total of all other blockchains. https://t.co/ZZwUNh9Ezi

I think that such lotteries are wrong, and the number of slots per participant should be limited.
The bonus should be received by those who use the project for exchange, and not by those who use the project for a guaranteed win.
There's nothing wrong in such type of raffles, the ones who take more slots will have higher chance of winning and if someone is capable to occupy more slots by trading at the exchange then what's wrong in such approach?

Most members who apply in the raffle already use the exchange and if they win something by doing high value trades then there's nothing wrong in that approach I guess and that's why there are no such rules to limit a member who participate in such raffle.
Exactly.
If you participate by taking one slot in the raffle, your chances remain the same, regardless of whether the remaining 29 slots were occupied by one person or 29 different ones.
If there was a limit of no more than 5 or 7 slots per person, then the participant would have a better chance.

Forum member knuckey took 48 slots, although he could have taken 50
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5578967

Sr. Member knuckey took 48 slots, although he could have taken 50. Another participant still has a 4% chance of winning Smiley
ulFor this week it looks like I will win again, it would be a good idea if each participant is limited to at least a maximum of 10 slots for each participant, it will definitely be tense when the draw starts, I really agree if the slots that will be taken are limited to at least 10 slots

Friends, the new tweet is already here! We'd love to hear from you!

For the first time, the Central Bank of Cuba has authorized ten domestic companies to use cryptocurrency for international payments. These ten companies include nine small and medium-sized private enterprises and one joint venture. https://t.co/YcLnZaIxul
I have read this news and even though it may seem positive on the outside, it may not be so if you take a closer look at what it entails. Cryptocurrency usage is strictly regulated in Cuba and even if these companies have been allowed to use crypto for international trade, it is with very strict supervision. They have to make quarterly reports to the government and the transactions must be processed through approved services, amongst other requirements.

However, my view of crypto, though BTC to be precise, is freedom. So i do not appreciate it when its use comes with strict regulation and supervision, like in this case.

Are you sure of what you are wishing for, because maybe if considered by the team, your wish can come true haha, and later, you can regret it.

By the way, to me it is a time management thing, those who are present to take the opportunity early are taking it, and there is no harm in it too but maybe you might have paid more fee than the reward, can you share how much fee you have paid for the 48 entries?

I'm not surprised that prediction market is growing fast. It is impressed the people. I'm curious it indicate that people is starting to like more anything related to prediction. Do you think it is good for crypto?

Most probably the more slots one occupy the higher advantage one gets and thus the higher chance of winning and by keeping that in mind when someone occupies 48 slots out of 50 then the one having all those slots will most probably win. When there's no competition then the chance of winning gets highest.

I don't see how it affects crypto, good or bad. Prediction markets became very popular in 2025, boosted by the 2024 United States presidential election. Most of the platforms experienced record-breaking volumes as a result of that event, and since then the industry has seem mammoth growth and i expect it to continue.

Prediction markets are majorly driven by real world events, especially politics, so it is neither good nor bad for crypto, it does not affect it.

That always happens on Tor Browser, not only happens on ccecash, but also happens when I try to open the Bitcointalk forum. That happens because Tor browser always changes the circuit. The server forces you to re-verification. I always click the circuit and change to a new circuit to fix the problem, and make sure also you not block the cookie.
Thanks for the explanation man, next time I'll try to do that, it's not urgent and can be bypassed using a browser like Brave or Firefox.
I am rarely using TOR at the moment. While my Chrome is working properly without problems, I will use the clearnet to make sure I exchange it without any lag.

Because the price always changes quickly, a clearnet browser is good to use when the price is volatile enough. like this morning (23.30 UTC), when BTC price showed $68,400, I immediately exchanged my BTC on cce cash, but I have a problem with the internet at the moment, and the human verification takes too long to complete, and the price quickly changed to $68,200.

This cannot be avoided. Even if you complete ReCAPTCHA test (human verification) in seconds, waiting for one or two confirmations means that the average Bitcoin transaction time is 10 minutes, which is enough time for the Bitcoin price to change, especially since we are talking about changes of less than 0.5%.

That's "only" a $200 loss on an exchange worth 1 Bitcoin.
I stopped looking at it a long time ago when I had to transfer BTC to fiat. Sometimes it happens in the opposite direction, so the price goes up while I pass the captcha, wait for all the confirmations, so there is an additional plus of a few dollars. Following some mean value, I'm probably at positive zero when it comes to price jumps during the transaction.
That's why I'm always more of a fan of stable prices than "to the moon" euphoria.

The prediction market, like Polymarket, can have good profit opportunities, but it shouldn't be so simple to profit from betting. I've never made any predictions or created an account there, I'd like to try it out. I heard that you can exit a position with a profit if you're ahead, meaning you don't have to wait for the end of that specific prediction (similar to a perpetual futures trading position). Am I wrong?

You're right. It is growing faster after the US presidential election in 2024. Since more people are involved in the prediction market, no doubt that it will keep growing in the future. Personally, I am also not really sure about the impact to crypto space. That's the reason that I made the question.  Grin Well, even there is an impact, it seems it should be a minor impact only.

Prediction markets are majorly driven by real world events, especially politics, so it is neither good nor bad for crypto, it does not affect it.
It seems you're right. There is no direct correlation to crypto space.
Thanks dude for your answers.

He made big effort, I can understand that he is quite confidence. I don't think he will regret it, he looks quite enjoying the event.  Wink
This time, I am only seeing two entries taken by one member, and 48 are still to be taken. Maybe he is busy doing something else.

You can find out there information here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5578967.msg66568676#msg66568676.
Check the payment amount ($) and the rules of the event!
It would be easier if he would tell us how much he paid in fee, although calculating directly is not that hard, he must have paid around 19$ if I am not wrong, or maybe a little more. Anyway I know the rules, which is even if we take all the slots we will still be in profit, anyway increasing number of slots might have changed knucky mind this time.  Cheesy

There were 2 entries only because one of the participant took all the remaining slots. I don't know whether he is busy or not, but it is clear that he wants to have a bigger chance to win the event.  Smiley

Yeah, it will be clearer if he wants to tell us himself. However, there is no problem that we are trying to count it ourselves.
He took 48 slots, it means he must pay 100$ x 48 = $4800. It is the minimum fees to be paid. But he actually paid $5011 at that time (2110+2101+800).

Indeed. If it isn't profitable, no one wants to join the event.  Grin

This is not all true

If you use CCE cash for a normal swap you pay fees, and participating in the raffle you can get the fees back making the swap free

Of course if you don't want to use cce or don't want to swap if it's not profitable you will not do a swap just to make free money with the raffle

Haha, who said someone will not do swaps to make free money? I would have, but with the increasing number of slots, I cannot take all of them like kunckey or aazkzaki. They started something really interesting, and believe me, the first one was really interesting. Anyway, it is all about fun.

If we are using CCE cash normally, we might want to increase the amount to participate in the raffle, or we might have to keep the deal ID saved somewhere and a screenshot of the whole final page, which might not be a lot of work for a normal person, but it can be forgettable. It means after an exchange, we can forget to do all those things, so I am sure whoever is going to use it is going to make an exchange for it.
