I don't know if this is the right forum for this post, but I'm sure a lot of people will be interested with this
A new live charts - btccharts.com
Fresh beta so don't trust too much in this, check other sources first.

This is just a start - I'm planning more features.
In the next week I will add historical depth preview.

Use Chrome, and FlashPlayer>=10.1 (11.1 suggested - faster JSON parsing)

I'm open to all suggestions, feature requests, bug reports etc
PM me or send mail (admin at btccharts.com)

BTCCharts.com - still for free!

Dark theme - will do Smiley

For now I'm not targeting mobile devices (beside keeping CPU use to minimum)
But just checked this on my friend HTC Desire with Android (FP11.1), and it's working. Not sure if there's any live data. But this depends on browser since sockets are from JavaScript.

FP11.1 is last FP for Android, but it's very decent player so in the future there should be some dedicated version for it (other UI).

Not a problem.  Hopefully I'll understand what those numbers and letters you just said mean by the time the mobile version is ready Smiley  I just got my first smart phone 3 weeks ago.  Lots to learn!

Its great to have an alternative to mtgoxlive, its always going down.

Could you add the trades that come up on the top right of mtgoxlive.

Nice +one

Looks very nice, good job! I like tooltips on depth lines in particular.

Small suggestion: place current price in the page title (if possible), to be visible on browser tab.

most ppl are interested in the total USD amount required to get to each point along the mountain from the current price level.

also current price should be centered.

I have a suggestion:

Allow users to zoom in as you can on MTgoxlive to get a look at what is going on nearer to current market prices. My problem with Mtgoxlive with this feature is that it is only at preset values. If you could input a maxium number which the graph could be zoomed to it would be more useful (10k, 20k, etc). Just my two bitcents on the matter.

Added features:
 - live price on browser tab
 - scroll wheel for depth tooltip (focus flash first - just click anywhere)
 - requied BTC/USD on BID/ASK to target price

bittenbob - in two, three weeks there will be some kind of zoom

yogi - will do also

clear your browser cache to see new version

Great work! You managed to stay online even though the trading volume was huge again! Can't say the same about Mtgoxlive.com =) I'd love to see ticker data similar to Mtgoxlive if possible, though Smiley

Hey, this looks cool. Looks like Mtgoxlive has a serious competitor. Smiley

Nice interface! The mouse wheel trick is neat, too.

Thanks for the feedback! Smiley

There will be some kind of ticker (recent trades in detail). But first I'm planning to create trade volume - more important I think.

Historical depth preview will be delayed for some time (let's say 3 weeks max). There's always some more useful things to do Wink

Once again, mtgox is delayed, even clark moody is messing up for me at least, but btccharts is working just fine. We just hit 4.85 again, but you can't tell from mtgoxlive.

what does it do?

If you mouseover the ask/bid lines it will show you the exact amount/price and you can scroll and it will move along the line and scroll the amount/price in a little popup box.  That's the best I can explain it anyway.
