I refill my gambling budget every week with 2% of my weekly income. What I do is that, I share the funds equally for seven days, to enable me gamble everyday if I want to. However, when gambling it depends on my mood that day. If my gambling spirit is triggered, I split my daily budget into smaller parts so that I can have fun to the fullest on my games.

Sometimes, if I don't want to gamble for long, I bet on one or two games, I also use all the budget for that day. Perhaps, there are times that I would be too busy with work, I might gamble once or twice in a week.

I have a weekly budget for gambling.

If I bet more than my weekly budget, I stop gambling until it amounts to my weekly budget. Not staying in the range of my weekly budget is not common but I do it at times but I do not skip not gambling until I know I used just only 1% of my weekly income on gambling.

I gamble responsibly and I have control over it significantly. Probably because I know I can not use it to make money.

If I use more than 1%, I make sure it still does not exceed 5%.

As a salary earner, I have a monthly gambling budget. I can always adjust my budget based on certain conditions. I can reduce my budget if my expenses for the month is high. I can also increase my budget if my salary increases. My budget cannot be increased because of gambling wins or losses..

If I gamble more than I have budgeted, my finances will suffer because I might not have money to settle another need. Maybe I might not be able to buy snacks for my children if I over gamble. The ability to always remember that almost all my funds are allocated puts me in check. The mentality that gambling is highly determined by luck has also made me control my gambling activities.

This is based on my experience. Maybe I’m already a gambling addict, because even when I set a gambling budget, I never stick to it. And even when I win the amount I want, I always end up gambling it again and losing it.

I set my gambling budget based on my weekly income. After I divide my income for all my expenses for each week, then I will have a small amount for gambling. I do allocate it specifically, but sometimes when I don't have enough time on the weekend, then I can save it or sometimes use it for other pleasures.

The difficult thing is when controlling the situation when winning. If we continue it, then we get more time to play. While when we lose and all the deposits are gone, then the game is over. The only thing that can help us control everything is our awareness.

I set a weekly budget, but I do adjust it when weekends have more games, because I bet more on weekends so i tend to have a higher budget on busy weekends, although it's a very minimal amount compared to my monthly income. What helped me stay in control was discipline over time.

When I newly started, I barely had control; I chased losses and had regrets. But, I've grown past that stage. Now, when I have a near miss, I end the game and walk away. When I lose, I end the game and walk away. When I win, I take a portion of it to play again another time, use some to enjoy good food, and save the rest for something outside of gambling. It really depends on your approach to gambling. Most of us treat it as fun, so the budget should be small, just something we can afford to lose. If I had to set a percentage, I’d say not more than 5% of my monthly income, and that’s already the full budget for the whole month.

In that case, I might increase it to around 15% of my monthly income, but I’d save it first to build a proper bankroll that’s meant to last for months. I don't have a budget to start with but what I make sure of is that the money I deposit on an online site or take to a land-based casino is money that is not a large amount for me and that I write off as lost the moment I deposit it. If I am lucky I withdraw. If not, I've written it off anyway and it doesn't affect me.

For me the first mistake you all make is to talk about a gambling budget as a fixed expense.

In a month I think I play twice in real casino and I dont have accurate budget, I usually bring 300 to 400 usd cash and play on the games I usually do. The budget in food is included. Regarding casino online gambling, I only play with 100 to 200usd but no regular timeframe for this, like I play three or four times a week but theres also time I didnt. Being budgeted makes you control all potential addiction and gladly I followed it.

I do have my gambling plans of how much to bet on a round and how many times to place my bets during my bet days.
Yes due to overreaction of anxieties, I adjusts sometimes. Strictly similar to martingale chasing my lost and sometimes increasing the amount of stakes out of excitement for big wins in a specific period.

This act effects is usually a vice versal which sometimes it ends up a favour while it ends me regretting my deviation from my earlier budgets.

It really hurst emotionally at the lost end but never have I been of lost to where it affects my saving bankrolls because already, I have a percentage from my income which I makes my gambling budgets from.

I make my expenses on weekly budgets because I love to play only the weekend days but I also make some reserve for holidays activities if I won't be working during the week.

If you really have to allocate for your budget then its good as long as you won't take more from the savings to add to your budget after losing your gambling budget.

For me I'm in control because I don't gamble on casinos games, I only play on sports which the sport just happen to have events during weekends. Not the entire week like the soccer games, it gives me time to breathe and think whether I would continue or not.

-Doesnt matter whether on a win or lose, as long my budget is on fixed amount on which there would be no adjustments into this one.

Per session i should say. Whenever i do have that extra money on that point then this is the time that i do consider out on gambling with that fixed amount.
Everything should be done for the sake of fun and entertainment then it doesnt matter whether a win or lose.

I only gamble twice a month and then I only play very limited amounts of gambling, because I do it simply to control myself when playing. And I also don't want to be like others who chase their losses because they don't have limits on what they bet at the casino.

Therefore, my casino budget is fixed and I'm content with that, because after several years of doing this, I don't become addicted, I can control myself, then when my bet on my bankroll
balance is exhausted, I stop, this is the only cycle I play when gambling.

I get a salary from my job monthly. But I only allocate a little for gambling. I often spend the results of the signature campaign on gambling. But if on a certain weekend there is a moment when I am very excited to bet but the balance in my account runs out, I have a budget that I can use. I am not a gambler with big bets, because I know my financial ability and what I can bet. If I bet too much, of course, it can mess up my finances.
