Well you cannot judge every gambler because of the behavior of a single gambler. Though it's very easy  to get angry when you didn't use the right risk management. Personally i believe gamblingiwith your last funds is an act of addiction.  From your story, it is easy to tell that the gambler is addicted because I don't see any reason why some would want to use his last bankroll to gambler when he knows that there is no other option rather than stooping so low to beg after he has irresponsibly gamble away his last funds. By employing good risk management, it's implies that we should only gambler from our left over funds, money we cannot afford to lose should be used for gamble as the opposite of win is more likely to happen.

It would entirely depend from person to person, there are a lot of people who can manage their emotions and stay composed despite losing a lot of money, but yeah, a lot of gambler do get angry quickly especially when things doesn't go their way, it is normal to happen but not ideal especially when you are gambling and if it is a frequent occurrence, perhaps stopping gambling or avoiding gambling for good would be the best thing to do.

That's what happens to those who bet irresponsibly. When you don't have a plan and you depend on luck. You will constantly be frustrated because there is no how that something that is already against you can turn around and be for you because you are hoping on luck.

Definitely, most gamblers won't be in a happy mood if they will incur losses right before you go to some place of celebration. You would want to win obviously and that's the goal of most players, right? So for me, that's just normal reaction of any gambler who lost his funds.

That is the main reason why they always said that we should always gamble with the amount that we can afford to lose, because gambling is not a place to make quick money. Though, as a gambler once you put all your hope that you are going to double your money withing a short period of time in gambling, and at last it doesn't work out as planned, the gambler most definitely get angry. If a gambler gets quick easily then try him when he's not gambling. But if he's got a different attitude when he's not gambling then we can say that it's just because of his losses. Many person gets angry easily and needs some anger management because that's the issue that they have. 1.What kind of dialect is this? Are you from Africa? Is this some sort of African-English dialect?
2.So far, I have never seen a gambler, who is happy when losing money. It's pretty normal to feel angry and frustrated, when you are losing money. The problem is the itch to gamble and the desire to make the big win, which would compensate you for all the loses in the past.
The guy in your story is probably a gambling addict. I'm glad that he didn't do something crazy. Some gamblers might try to steal money from innocent people or they may break something out of anger.

It's not only gamblers that gets angry and disturbed when things are not going how they planned, a person that has anger issues will exhibit it anywhere. A gambler that is composed will not show anger and frustration when they lose all their money, they will remain calm and composed. The guy in the OP story is not a responsible gambler because was not supposed to use money that was budgeted for something else to gamble. People should really understand that gambling is not a short cut to double your money, it's a place where you try your luck to win (increase) your money but there is no guarantee that you will win.
