I have contrary opinion on this because I never even expected Inter to reach that stage in the first place. I changed my mind about them after their outstanding performance against Barcelona in the both legs. Their performance in their home league and other Italian competitions was not so convincing. It baffles me to see them develop extra energy in that champion league but fumbled when it matters the most.

The conditions are not very predictable when it comes to finals but when we look at how they performed in the semi-finals then we will see how convincing they were before it was just that the final was beyond our prediction.

For next season I'm also still skeptical of Inter, not that they're not worthy but for now the situation is different for Inter.
