I agree PSG were never favourites to make it to the final last season, especially when we saw how they struggled in the league phase (new format) and had to win the qualifying round against their domestic league team, Brest.

Amorim was brought in hoping that he will change the state of the team but he could not in his first season, I just hope he will have a more successful season in the coming season. In the Champions League I don't think it makes any difference what their squad will be, nothing depends on it. The Champions League is about endurance and the ability to withstand any opponent, and for that you just need a balanced team with players who work well together and lastly to work on tactics. You can put together a star-studded squad, but it's unlikely to achieve greatness in the Champions League

Basically what you say is quite reasonable, considering the competition that occurs between clubs will be tighter, all teams try to prepare their best players for the upcoming match, therefore it is quite important for the Club to look for some players in the transfer market, maybe the Club can find at least one or two players who can strengthen the team, this can make a difference to the outcome of the match. I think I am one of the few that started thinking that PSG might win the Champions League since the quarterfinals. Because after I saw that Real Madrid had been knocked out from the league and the same was done with Liverpool, I started having that feeling that PSG might get their first Champions League trophy this season, which ended up being the same, but my expectation was to see PSG and Barcelona in the finals, not Inter Milan. Well you are not wrong about the way everyone saw them because for me it was actually till the day they totally outplayed Liverpool in the knockout stages that I began to see them as potential threat because for last season Liverpool can be seen as one of the perfect team during the playoffs round as they virtually won all their game and finished with a perfect rate but PSG totally outplayed them and made it looked so easy.

Having quite good experience when coaching clubs from Portugal, Amotin came to Old Trafford with great confidence to be able to change Man United and bring the Red Devils in a better direction. But unfortunately, in just half a season, that confidence began to waver due to the situation, especially after Man United was only able to finish in 14th place in the EPL, and failed to get a ticket to the Champions League. So now quite a lot of people who initially believed in Amorin have now lost that confidence.

When Amorim join Manchester United to replace Ten Hag, I was very happy for Manchester United fans because almost every football lover was tired of Ten Hag in Manchester United, and what Amorim was doing at Sporting CP then was really impressive, I even envy Manchester United for getting a great coach because they will do better than my team Arsenal then. But when Amorim start his games, I noticed that he is not too good as we may think; he is privileged to be under a league that is not that competitive, and in a team with good squad even though he work hard to make sure they play as a team, but I knew the problem of Manchester United is not just a coach.

After some matches, Manchester United fans started to miss Ten Hag because he was even doing better than this current coach simply because the players aren’t yet adapting to his pattern of play. But ending the season without Champions League spot was the bad thing he did because Ten Hag could have done better even by winning the final against Tottenham because he won against Manchester City when they trashed them home and away in the EPL.

I don't understand how they managed go about rating Arsenal in the same odd with PSG, could that be as a result of how Arsenal football club performed last season in the champions league and how they got Real Madrid eliminated with ease? Or is it the fact that they've been consistent in coming to the champions league each season, Currently PSG shouldn't be compared or rated with in any way.

I see that as luck for them because their performance was not even looking good to the extent of giving them any hope of winning the league title. That’s about football. Most people underrate some teams when they see that their performances are very poor in every one of their matches. The same thing happened to PSG’s performance. You know, when the season started, they were not performing well in most of their matches, and a lot of people underrated them, thinking that they were not going anywhere in the Champions League.

If Amorim can focus on physical performances of his players it may be a great help to the team and maybe the team performances may improve well, and maybe that is what players are lacking and cousing them to be performancing poorly.because why is it that when mnachester united sign any player it performances will not remain same or improve but decline when they start playing for mancheater united? it is possible maybe they are not getting proper training.it look somehow when it manchester united singed a better players start playing when started playing for manchester united their performances will reduce and if their sign by another team again they will go and go better there.so i don't think that Amorim new to change almost the squad before manchester united performances can improve,i know they need players to strengthen their team also but not some fans are saying.

Yes, PSG had 2 versions in the Champions League last season and we really saw how they transformed after entering the knockout stages. It was quite interesting how PSG who almost failed to qualify for the round of 16 were able to rise and win the title with great enthusiasm, but behind all that there was hard work and consistency from the coach and the players. Luis Enrique's strategic approach proved useful, he really raised PSG's status in Europe with their first Champions League title win.

Arsenal are out of reach, I mean they are too disappointing when they are favourites. I almost believed they were favourites when they beat Real Madrid in the quarter finals last season, but then they were knocked out by PSG. Arsenal have hurt their fans too many times, not only in the Champions League, but they have not looked consistent in the Premier League. But if someone wants to favor Arsenal to win, then the FA Cup is the place to go instead of the Champions League.

I have said this before: PSG won the title this season. Yes it's true that PSG started poorly at the start of the just concluded season but I will not agree with you that the reason why they win the champions League was due to luck I may not agree with you on that because in football it's expected that a team will improve  on their performance as the season progresses and that was what happened this season PSG deserved to win because they worked for it with the way they even qualified from the group stages of the competition
