Don't you think it's going to be a very exciting evening? We've seen some surprising results in the first matches, and the losing teams will be very offensive in the next ones. Inter will do exactly that.

I've been preparing to watch this match tonight; I'll have a great evening watching the game on TV. It's been a long time since I watched a match with a beer and chips, so it was good to get some preparation for the Inter - Bodo/Glimt match

Atletico Madrid could have won the first leg already but their defense didn't let it happen.    We don't have the same old team about defending. However I believe they will reach last 16 anyway.

Leverkusen and Newcastle already have an easy work to do. The most difficult one is for Inter. They will have to deal with a 2-goal difference. But I think they will even without playing extra time. Lautaro Martinez is injured by the way but I still don't expect a surprise.

I think that since Inter will have to attack a lot, their defense will be more vulnerable, and that's why Bodø/Glimt will score today too. They scored twice away against Borussia Dortmund and Atletico, and they also scored three goals at home against City and Inter, and two against Juventus. These guys know how to score, and that's why I think it will be very difficult for Inter today. If Bodø/Glimt score, Inter will be nervous and commit fouls, and there might be a lot of yellow cards.

Inter Milan faced humiliation in Norway, this hurt their confidence for their progress in UEFA Champions League because no one was expecting even they defeated Manchester City with same score, but now things are looking toughest for Inter Milan regardless of they are playing at home.

Inter Milan needs to show something extraordinary if they want to bring themselves into top 16 because their last few games bring them down badly, their home performance is always problematic as they lost against Liverpool and Arsenal and due to this today things are looking not favourable for them still after securing their Serie A title, they are doing their best for having something good in UEFA.

Tonight Atletico Madrid, Leverkusen and Newcastle should be able to secure their ticket for last 16 easily. I know Atletico Madrid got a draw in the first leg but I don't think they will struggle this much at home this time.

Inter's job is technically more difficult than those teams. They are 3-1 behind against Bodø/Glimt on aggregate. The second leg tonight is at Giuseppe Meazza of course. I believe in them to win by at least a 2-goal gap. But I would like to see them not leaving it to extra time.

First game already in pregress with Atlético Madrid playing against Club Brugge and the start is impressive form Club Brugge as they are controlling ball with things are looking not easy for Atlético Madrid to secure their spot easily in this game.

Exciting night for soccer fans while they are going to watch good number of games, after this game Inter Milan, Bayer Leverkusen and Newcastle United are going to be giving their best with Inter Milan and Bayer Leverkusen are having not easy time because Inter Milan needs to end 2 goals deficit while Bayer Leverkusen needs to keep themselves ahead after winning their last game against Olympiacos Piraeus.

It is half time already and we are witnessing a draw from the match. Athletic dominated the game but Club brugge had more chances on goal. Oblak saved the first half in the final minutes and denied them a second goal of the half. ATH isn't looking very strong defensively and it's obvious club brugge is utilizing that looking to cause them some troubles. If Athletico doesn't change or update their tactics in the second half to have more chances on goal, they may be escorted out of the competition at home. Club Brugge look very confident in their first half performance, it was a very competitive game to watch

Two games out for the four, are going to be very interesting.
I certainly agree with you that there are going to be 3 or more goals in this game, except Bodø Glimt decides to play an Haram football through out the game, which imo, might actually be a very big mistake. You just don't want to start defending such a goal lead. But like you said, the whole atmosphere at the san siro stadium is going to change if Bodø gets the first goal. Mindsets are definitely going to be affected.

And as for the other game_{(Atletico Madrid Vs Club Brugge)}, this is going to be a massive show as well. I think this game is going to be more intensed considering the last score line. I'm also expecting a lot of goals.

The first leg wasn't so impressive because real Madrid could only score one goal when they played from the away side.  Real Madrid has more chances of winning the return leg not just because the odds are in favour of them to win but they have the upper hand because they have home advantage. We have seen cases where the underdogs end up winning but i don't think that would be the case of this match.

Benfica will have to take more risks because they need to score at least one goal, to keep their chances of reaching the playoffs. We know that Real Madrid’s defense is still far from perfect, and they concede quite often. I also think Benfica will be able to score at home, especially considering how many goals they managed to score against Real in the previous match. So tomorrow Benfica will definitely need to attack and push forward, which means they’ll leave spaces at the back. That’s why I’m confident Real will score as well, so I think both teams will score  in this match.

Yep obviously the match will be quite competitive because both team will try hard to get the lead first and keep in touch til the end. Real Madrid is in bit advantage due to away lead despite Benfica will try to get recognize the equalizer like to maximize the GD for paly off. Jose Mourinho is very smart coach like he knew exactly what would try to used against Arbeloa like in previous match he noticed that Arbeloa only used his wider position such fullback overlapping with winger and due to this Mourinho used a fast transition swapped on direct passes and definitely it works. So many he could also try the same.

It's a home town match doe Real Madrid and probably it won't make them too bothered but still it's a UEFA champions league match and I believe it's a tussling competition anything can be happens. Any let's see what happens next. What did you think Guys. Let me know?

The second half just kick off and Atletico got an early second half goal which was scored by Johnny Cardoso, they are determined to reach the round of 16 and i think they will make it. The only problem Atletico Madrid have is their defenders, they are just so porous if not they shouldn't have been conceding in many of their matches but thanks to a strong attack that they have since they are always ready to score regardless of the porosity of their defense. If Atletico can make it 3 it will be hard for an equalizer like they did in the first meeting. Club Brugge have also shown a resilient mentality, i like their attacking formation but it's obvious they are playing against a more strategic team when means their attacking tactics might be rendered useless today.

They ca mean business all they want, it’s very unlikely that they would defeat this Atletico Madrid team. There is no defeat here for them and the best Club Brugge can hope for is a draw but even that would elude them really fast because, more like them but with more intent, Atletico Madrid means business. They are not going to let Club Brugge to another equalizer after just taking the lead for a second time, instead they might add yet another goal to their lead and strengthen their position in the game.

What an interesting game that is going on here, I must commend the way that, Club Brugge has approached this game they are showing no signs of respect to ATM the home team. And I think that this should be the right way to go about it because, the first leg ended up in a draw and so this game is a winner takes it all. From the way Club Brugge is playing i won't be surprised if they get a good result here.


ATM should maintain this lead and try and see if they can extend the lead by scoring another goal in this game second half. ATM has to deliver because, they can't afford to miss out on this stage of competition. Playing at home should give them that extra motivation to go all out and win this game because, the opponents are playing with everything within them to get something from this game.

I really wonder why Lookman is on the bench today... I mean he played for 60 minutes against Espanyol. After seeing Simeone sub him off in that minute I was certain he would be a starter in this match.

I mean he has contributed to 6 goals directly since he joined them but anyway... Atletico Madrid are 2-1 ahead while there are 20 minutes left. I don't think we will see extra time but I must admit Club Brugge are fighting really hard in this round!
