This has to be the first time I'm reading that they have a shaky and unstructured defense. I will agree to an extent because they fell short against Arsenal losing three to one. You're not far from the truth at all. Even in their game against Leverkusen, it was a tough one, but they came out victorious. If you watched both legs, Leverkusen actually played well, and I think they've been better than Sporting before this very international break. But we saw how Arsenal used their experience to move on to the next round. I expect sporting to be very stubborn in the first leg because they're playing at home. The worse than can probably happen is for Arsenal to get a draw, but you see that semi finals, they're definitely going through.

But the actual games that would be of interest to me are the Bayern/Madrid, PSG/Liverpool, and Barce/ATM. These three games are the biggest because there are no underdogs.

I think PSG have done it twice already and they might do it again if they advance further.

Arsenal’s position, dominance and performance in the champions league so far has putting them in quite a very good position which necessitates them to give in their all best in order to make it further in the competition. They have been playing in the competition for sometime now and I haven’t really seen them as a team that can be eliminated so soon. Also seeing the team that they’re going to be playing against, they will really need not be scared and just by playing to their best, they can get a comfortable win in this game. I'm sorry but I disagree: Liverpool, because of Slot, decided to change a lot of players while bringing in several new ones, and right now not a single player lived up to the expectations nor the price Liverpool paid for them. And let's not forget that he fought with Salah, leaving the Egyptian guy with no choice but to leave the team earlier than what had agreed. If you spend that amount of money, let a key player like Luis Diaz leave and ruin the relationship with Salah, you are responsible, that's it.

Slot did well with Liverpool last season but it's different in this season after many changes in player resource last summer. Slot has a lot of difficulty in using new players together with senior members in the club but he is partially responsible for players in and out the club in the summer so he can not blame anything. It looks like Slot was too confident that new star players can adapt to the league and club well enough and quickly successfully replace players who left the club in the summer. So far, we all witnessed that this belief is wrong and affects Liverpool performances in this season. Slot did well during the first year because he simply continued what Klopp did for several years. Usually that is a smart move because when you replace a manager that trained the team for 5+ years the most intelligent thing is to slightly change the tactic without completely overturned it.
