I don't consider the performance of Premier League teams in the Champions League to be humiliating. As many as six English teams reached the round of 16, and two advanced further. If you compare Italy and England, the performance of the Italian teams was actually more of a humiliation. Only Atalanta reached the round of 16, and they were eliminated at that stage. One thing I try often to bank on when it has to do with Real Madrid is their experience, they are a very experienced champions league side and that alone gives me certain faith in them that they will be able to find their way around winning important games that is required of them, but Bayern is in such a form that can be of huge threat to all the experience and might of Real Madrid so they will need to put in some more work if they must win Bayern Munich.

Liverpool would do better than Chelsea, they have more players that are experience in the Champions League and a better defence that would stop PSG from scoring too many goal like they did against Chelsea. You could see how they defended properly at Anfield and Galatasaray couldn't penetrate their defense, they even have to take down their talisman and make it tougher for Galatasaray, they could repeat same thing against PSG at Anfield. They don't know how big camp nou is , if you run too much, you get tired easily. If you see the second half, Newcastle players were already tired, and couldn't make fast runs again. In my opinion, the odds of a Real Madrid vs. Bayer Munich match are 50/50 because it's a difficult match to predict. Real Madrid has extensive Champions League experience and a strong mentality. At this stage, I think another thing Liverpool need to keep in mind is that their opponents in the first and second legs of the quarter-finals are PSG.

Yes, that's right. This will be a tough match for Real Madrid especially considering Muenchen excellent and solid performance so far. The first leg will be played at Muenchen's home ground. If Madrid can't hold on to a draw or concede too many goals they will struggle to bounce back in the second leg. While Madrid does have extensive experience in the Champions League given their current condition with numerous injuries they will struggle against a Muenchen side currently in top form. Furthermore, Harry Kane has high ambitions this season aiming to win the Champions League trophy for the first time.

Furthermore, Madrid is currently facing a serious problem with goalkeeper Courtois suffering a rectus femoris muscle injury in his right thigh and being out for a month and a half. This means he will miss the match against Muenchen. Courtois is currently Real Madrid's last line of defense when the Real Madrid defenders can't hold back attacks, he always performs admirably. Losing Courtois was certainly a huge blow for Madrid especially as they had to face Muenchen who had a very sharp attack and front line.

There's no favorite for this game actually because both teams are well equipped with good players and had got some nice experience in this competition so picking one as the favorite to win the game just like everyone almost choose Manchester city to win Real madrid will be very difficult and to me these are some of my favorite teams so i can't really side any one of them but i will only say the better team should win, but if it's a must i will predict then i'm afraid i will have to give it to Real madrid because i quite believe in their players than that of Bayern Munich.
