What you said is what is definitely going to happen, because one of this teams will definitely win the champions league this season. I also think that both teams also have something that will be a motivation for them. Like you mentioned PSG will definitely be motivated for the opportunity to win it 2 times in a role, while Arsenal will be motivated by the opportunity of winning it for the first time in their history.  I think it's going to be a well contested match and I think the team that is more motivated will win it. PSG are favored because they are the defending champions and have a dominant style of play with possession. PSG may be favored but Arsenal is on a strong run after winning the Premier League.
