Alonso still has to choose several players to place in more suitable positions if he wants to see Real Madrid improve in the Champions League and their domestic league. Real Madrid's performance in the Club World Cup has been less than satisfactory, so Alonso must conduct another evaluation to correct any shortcomings before the season resumes. Since we will all soon be witnessing a new season with various changes within each team, Alonso must be prepared for this.
I do not see Madrid in a position of having players who are not suitable but maybe players who may not completely align with xabis principles and play tactics,  for such he must look for substitute or changes completely so it does not affect his results he will be getting by the end of the season at Madrid.  Just like every other coach when they come new to a team xabi will need the time to do all of this  which you have mentioned, not all of it can be completely attended to before  the new season resume so some may be corrected in the new session.

You made a reasonable idea here, the players on ground are suitable enough to carry out the needed task for them to stand out, maybe he would have just work on their positionings, tactics, formations and so many other important key indicators needed for playing any match, this will go along way for them to be able to have higher priorities in winning their matches, which i believe if Xabi Alonso was given the privilege to make the lead by himself, he will be able to deliver for the club, he has all it takes to do so without any compromise.

Ancelotti built Real Madrid single handedly? What year did he start coaching Real Madrid? 2014 and you think it was his squad that started it? Hell no, Mourinho brought back the glory days of Real Madrid, even though he himself didn't win the Champions League with the team but he brought back hope to the club even before Ancelotti came on board. I respect Ancelotti a lot but you can't put Mourinho aside in the build up to the Real Madrid team.
Real Madrid doesn't matter how many players or coaches have passed through there, it has always been an important club that has always had very important figures who have always been passing through, certainly there is a lot of turnover and if you don't win you will be easily replaced, unfortunately this is what happens in a big club, like a big company

In other words, you need to perform and put your best foot forward for the team to retain you as their athlete. Otherwise, they can easily sell you and get a new one. They have their name already, so as much as possible they want athletes that can really contribute to their team. If they feel you are just a second rate athlete, they will surely replace you for a new blood or another athlete with high caliber. And the very reason why the teams can sell you out if they feel you are not of value to the team. And if you want to prove that you still have it, you can give your best to the team that will buy you. So in this sports, you can really see the transfer of athletes for so many reasons.

Expectations are high for Xabi Alonso, but perhaps he should be given a bit more of a chance. Although he played for Real Madrid as a player, being a manager is a completely different position. As a manager, he must know the team well and balance them accordingly. He must give each player individual attention, ultimately putting the best players on the pitch. Real Madrid is a team full of stars. I'm sure Alonso, who had a fantastic career at Bayer Leverkusen, will be able to handle this as well.
When he played for Madrid is very much different from now, the set of players he is meeting now are not the same that played with him as team mates and a whole lot must have changed between these times which will require so much adjustments on his side and seeing what he did with Leverkusen where he had almost no big name players but average ones and he got them to become known alongside the team, a lot is expected of him with Madrid and I want to believe with time he can achieve as much and probably more than has been expected of him. Understanding the psychology and dynamics of all of the players is something he will need time to get in place.
That is the difference and trouble he will face. At Leverkusen nobody expected him to do anything, and he did, because players weren't some big names, and he was capable of making them listen to him. We can even say that, Xabi was a better player at his time, than any player he had at Leverkusen, which made it easier for him to get himself heard because he knew what he was talking about.

At Real Madrid, he is facing other superstars and that means he is going to have hard time making them hear him over their own ego. Players will demand something, and Xabi can't say no, or if he does, then it will cause issues. This difference between the quality level, will become an issue until Xabi proves himself at the higher stage.

Mohamed Salah has spent a long time at Liverpool and his career at Liverpool was colorful and so far he has been performing well for Liverpool, but it is natural that Mohamed Salah's performance will decrease as he gets older. I think Liverpool should look for an alternative to Mohamed Salah from now on and at the moment, Brazilian striker Rodrygo could be a suitable alternative to Mohamed Salah. Recently, there are rumors that Real Madrid has asked him to find another club, so if Liverpool offers Rodrygo at the moment, this Brazilian striker may not turn down that offer and if Rodrygo comes to Liverpool, I believe that this Brazilian star will do well under Liverpool and this deal will be profitable for the club.
I also think Rodrygo could be M. Salah's successor in Liverpool's attack, but so far there have been no strong rumors regarding this transfer.

Liverpool still has a strong team, even in the Champions League last season, they were heavily favored, but unfortunately, they didn't go far. However, I'm quite optimistic about Liverpool next season, regardless of who they play, but what's certain is that the players they have in their squad are quite capable.
Liverpool's defense and other positions don't really have many weaknesses, but I think it would be good for their team if they could strengthen their attacking line-up. Although Liverpool won the English Premier League title last season, they couldn't progress much in the Champions League and they won the last Champions League title a long time ago, so they need to build a stronger team and perform accordingly in order to do well in the Champions League. If the current rumors about Rodrygo are true, then it will definitely be good for Liverpool and Rodrygo can bring a big change in Liverpool's performance. Rodrygo played in the same position at Real Madrid, if he plays in that position at Liverpool, he will undoubtedly do well because he has great finishing skills.

Xabi Alonso is currently trying to develop a different strategy than Ancelotti's, and we'll see what the results will be. We shouldn't judge too soon before seeing the final results. He might need a season to assess the character of Real Madrid's players. I think the results will be visible in the second season, and I understand that.
As a young coach, I know he doesn't have the same experience as Ancelotti, and becoming a successful coach takes time. There will be times when the club will decline, and there will be times when the club will stabilize and improve. But I hope he can manage Real Madrid well without any serious problems.
True, Xabi Alonso currently have adopted difference tactical than Carlo Ancelotti when Real Madrid playing at FIFA Club World Cup, he made several rotation and any key players getting regular position under Ancelotti have start from the bench. Not only rotate any key players last season but also Xabi Alonso change difference formation usually adopted 4-3-3 become 4-3-1-2, its not easy change usual formation and madrid's fans must waiting for progress.

Supported well by management after several top recruitment, I don't think Alonso get difficult good achievement for Madrid next season in Champion League, eliminated at quarter final last season should be motivate for Xabi Alonso bring Real Madrid qualifying until final round or become the Champion League winner.

Xabi Alonso understands his job as the manager of the team I believe before now he already understands what the team was going through during the last season when Ancelotti was handling the team and coming to the team and signing new players to correct the lapses they experienced last season, he needs to make available his first time and his second team so that when the trusted players are not doing well he can introduce his plan B to ensure that the team has a better result. Xabi Alonso should understand that Real Madrid team is not a small team that will give him much time to turn things around he should better get used to the players and get a fast result for the team.

Xabi Alonso should understand that Real Madrid team is not a small team that will give him much time to turn things around he should better get used to the players and get a fast result for the team.

Is it Xabi who has to get used to the players, or the players who have to get used to Xabi? I think both need to improve their communication. It is certain that the training patterns and strategies used by each coach are different. The players must adjust to their new coach's style, and likewise, the coach must communicate and understand what his players want on the field. When communication is good, the game strategy will be executed well. Xabi's task is not easy, in La Liga, he will face challenges, as well as greater challenges in the Champions League.

Liverpool for now is one of the strongest teams in Europe in terms of the squad they have gathered together and if Rodrigo is added to that squad it will but only make them more dangerous atleast we can ascertain for the fact that rodrygo is an excellent talent just that he isn't given enough playing time at Real Madrid but in Liverpool I feel the case would be very different.

You already answered the question that both the players and the manager needs to understand themselves if they want to get it right as they work together to ensure they get a better result for the team. If you noticed what Xabi Alonso said during one of their games in the club world cup he said they are still using the formation and tactics of their formal manager Ancelotti so by next season they should be able to be using his own formation if it will work for the team.

Xabi is used to facing challenges and overcoming them he did it with Leverkusen n Germany, he will need to repeat it when he will be facing Barcelona, ATM and the rest of the team next season.

Meanwhile, regarding Liverpool chances next season, I think they will once again be one of the favorites. Liverpool will be stronger than last season, with Arne Slot having significantly overhauled his squad. Not to disparage Arsenal, but I think Arteta squad was fortunate to reach the semifinals last season, they should focus more on chasing the Premier League trophy next season.
That should be the case. With Liverpool's various signings this season, bringing in several top players from other clubs, they should be able to choose their line. So far, they've been successful with these following signings, and they're not stopping there. Liverpool is still eyeing some talented top players.

Since Real is one of the top teams in the world and all the players playing in this team are professionals. So I think they will all prioritize the game. Alonso himself was a professional player. So I think both the players and the coach will give each other due respect. Out of respect, they will take advice from each other and pay attention to their performance.

We understand very well that Alonso's style of play is different. But why would he want to separate the familiar faces of Real and present that different game to the people? Alonso will go to a training session with the players directly from August 4. After that, he will give an update about the main squad. He will clearly state that he is not considering some footballers in the main squad.

Some names have already started to be discussed in the European media. Among them, the names of 2 Brazilian stars have also been heard. But since Alonso said that they will take the field only after August 4. So it can be said that we will know the final decision after a week.

Everyone who has been at Real Madrid will be remembered for their services, both coaches and players. But transitions at Real Madrid aren't usually long, this is because Real Madrid is a big team with a rich history. No matter how good players and coaches leave, Real Madrid remains Real Madrid, not dependent on any particular player or coach. This is what I see from Real Madrid, because it's very easy for them to find a replacement.

Just look at when a coach changes, but Real Madrid remains successful. Even if they don't win a trophy, it's only for one season, and they can win it the following season. No matter how many star players leave Real Madrid, Real Madrid remains a team to be reckoned with in all competitions. This is what sets Real Madrid apart from other teams: no coach or player is bigger than the club.

I think Xabi Alonso is used to this because players who don't fully fit into his tactics and principles may not be given a chance in this team, However it can be said that the players he is not prioritizing may not be part of this club now. They don't need to completely change everything because they might be able to gradually improve in the new season, the level of progress this club will make under this coach will be unparalleled. It is largely true that no one in the German league expected anything special from him, but in the Spanish league he is facing other superstars and my idea his level of quality here has to be raised.

At this point everyone probably knows that the team has not completed a new contract with Vinicius Junior, so perhaps in this context, the team president is dreaming of bringing Mbappe and Haaland together.

Off course any new coach will always use what he met in the team and check each player performance and anyone that doesn't fit in will be replaced though some coach before going to any team or club they ought to have analyze and watch the team pattern of play and check the root cause of any slack so that once they entered, they wouldn't start running around instead they will troubleshoot or fix it up immediately and every coach will always want his players to play to his taste. I believe Xabi is already observing and I believe he knows what to do in other for what happened in last season not repeat itself again.

Because it has always been an important club. That’s why we can’t say that Ancelotti built the team; in fact, it was during Carlo Ancelotti’s time that the team lost its value despite the number of Champions Leagues he won with the club. I don’t know if it is from the team management, but he wasn’t able to manage his players well and was managing players instead of signing more players to add value to the team. And he was the reason why the team didn’t have enough players right now because he was thinking that the old players in the squad could serve the team more than the expected time, and he failed to sign replacements for them on time until it was too late and the team couldn’t win any title throughout last season.

Now Xavi Alonso will have to make some adjustments in the team, which will take him some time before he will get it right; however, we can’t say that they will not do well this season, but their chance of winning any serious title this season is very slim, including the Champions League.

So true, it's embedded in their DNA, that's why any player that's coming into the team knows what his up against, they fight for the rich history of the club. Some years ago, I forgotten the player though, he said, when he signed for Real Madrid, Perez the club president took him on a tour and this your wasn't round the stadium, but round Real Madrid's trophy cabinet room, he said he saw all those trophies and that alone brought in that winning motivation in him. Yeah, truly, Real Madrid is a team to be reckoned with.

Real Madrid is a big club in football and they are a traditional club so how to always improve their performance and how to maintain big achievements Real Madrid knows these things very well and Real Madrid has given and is still giving the best quality managers that should be appointed to improve the performance of their team. All the managers who were in charge of Real Madrid before were all successful and highly skilled managers and the one who has taken charge of Real Madrid now also has enough skills and experience in managing big teams and this player is a former Real Madrid player so it is natural to assume that this manager and Real Madrid will definitely be successful in fulfilling their responsibilities.

The club has already a set a good record standard over the past years and the past seasons base on their performances and and past achievements that literally any coach or player that arrived into the club would definitely follow the system and pattern in place to avoid entering Madrid's bad book of record. Even to the extent that when a coach starts underperforming  he already knows what is ahead of him that either he steps out or look for the exist door.

I agree with you, everyone who has been at Real Madrid, whether they were players or managers, will be recognized for their contributions. The team is wellknown as one of the most successful teams in football history since they have a record of winning trophies and always have an excellent managers each season. Real Madrid is a team where every player they target is ready to play for them, which is why they are successful since they can recruit any type of player they choose.

Furthermore, Real Madrid can have a difficult season and go without winning a title, but it does not mean that their position will remain the same, it doesn't take them than a season, and things change the next season. But I'm still not sure if Real Madrid still has the same players that are hungry to win titles for the team since we're not seeing the same energy in their current squad, which makes people worried.

You're right Teams like madrid has set a very high standard that any coach and player that is coming will be difficult for them to eras so they will have to step up their game when they are in Madrid, I will say that teams like madrid what actually sacks a manager is the result that he puts up because they can even be playing well but if the results are not coming that coach will likely go.

Xavi Alonso is fully aware of this and am really convinced that he will definitely do well with this madrid team because he has what it takes to succeed and with the level of players at his disposal he will win titles with this dide
