You are absolutely right, much was expected from arsenal and Liverpool last season especially in the champions league, at some point almost everyone thought Arsenal will win the champions league when Liverpool was not longer there but what happened they failed and  that same last season arsenal was supposed to win the premier league but same thing happened, Liverpool came from nowhere and overtook them. Arsenal is very much inform and they are playing very well this season, I love the way they are doing very well in their League and also in the champions League, I believe Arsenal will go far in this champions league and they even have the chance to lift the champions League this season all they need to do is to be more consistent because their problem is always inconsistency they may be doing very well at the beginning and before you know it they stop doing very well and this has been their problem and the reason why they have not lifted any trophy for a very long time now.

Sometimes I personally don't understand Arsenal, who always seem to have such bad luck. It's true that Arsenal are always good at the start, but they always fail at the end. Currently they have started with there normal performance and many people have always started talking about there performance and saying they are the favorite to win the league this season since Liverpool have lost form but Manchester City have gained there best form and wining there matches in the league competition. Let see what they will achieve this season or they will lose form when the season is going to and ends and making other clubs to overtake them and achieve what they are chasing. Arsenal's three wins so far in the phase league round of Champions League by defeating Athletic Bilbao, Olympiacos and Atletico Madrid, still not face top opponent team I don't surely Arsenal is strong candidate team to be the winner for this season. Arsenal's classic problem is not having the winning mentality when facing top teams how last season easily eliminating by PSG at semifinal round, Arsenal need  firstly about winning mentality at crucial match exactly how to face the top teams.

Arsenal is a good team , we’ve seen that in recent seasons. Arteta is doing an excellent job, but it’s still not enough for the team to win the title. They’re missing that "X factor," one more big-name signing. The team has great chemistry, they have desire, and you can see that fighting mentality. Every season we see Arsenal team with different pattern of improvement but at the end of the season they will not achieve any trophy and this season they have started very well in the champions League and their league games they have won their matches but if they can end the season winning a trophy that would be better than starting well and ending trophyless. Arsenal playing against Bayern Munich will not be an easy match for them, they need to show some professionalism in their gameplay in order to stand a chance to be victorious against them. I have watched how Bayern Munich plays in the champions league, it will really be a tough one for Arsenal to get through here. They can fight for a draw because a win seems almost impossible for them in this encounter. Bayern Munich has the experience than them in most recent seasons in the UCL, so they may not stand a good chance against them.

We all know Bayern isn't an easy opponent for anyone right now in the league-- not trying to say they've never been defeated, but you gotta have some balls to even keep it together on the pitch while playing with them, talk more of trying to apply your own strategies to the game.

Every season we see Arsenal team with different pattern of improvement but at the end of the season they will not achieve any trophy and this season they have started very well in the champions League and their league games they have won their matches but if they can end the season winning a trophy that would be better than starting well and ending trophyless. After PSG successfully won the the Champions League Competition last season,  the president of the club came out to say now their sole aim now is to defend the Champions League Competition and win it again. So far so good, they've looked good but are they favorites for the Champions league competition? Pundits have said Arsenal and Barcelona are in lime ahead of the current defending Champions. They have the quality but it is better to take it slow, enjoy the journey. Bayern Munich buzzing as well,  they have done perfectly great this season.

There are different odds on various websites truthfully. But as far as I've seen PSG are top favourites currently.

It's like:

• Barcelona - 6.75
• Liverpool and Bayern Munich - 7.50

and so on... Bayern Munich are underrated I think. Maybe they got eliminated by Inter in the quarter finals last season. But I like this year's Bayern Munich more.    They look better as I said so we will see...

Indeed, both are looking good. Whether it's Arsenal or Real Madrid, like both have good progress in UEFA Champions League competition at this season but If I tell you that previously no one considered PSG capable of winning the UCL, but in fact they won the trophy despite other team being considered favourites. So this time it can happen too. Arsenal has been performing well from the beginning but there is no guarantee that they will definitely win the UCL.

Apart from this there are many other teams who have the potential to win the UEFA Champions League. Maybe one of them will win.
