Well sometimes it depends on there history and I know some people don't actually believe on this and some don't even consider it while making prediction. Sometimes it is not really about current form rather sometimes it is about history, history do speaks a lot at times. So whether Manchester city is in a good form or not they can not be defeated by PSG so easily if history talk more of Manchester city.
