I've just checked one of the sports betting sites to see how outright odds for the UCL winner have changed.
As expected, Arsenal are the new, strong favourite with odds of only x4.35. Given how dominant and consistent they have been recently, it could still be a decent bet, although this is football and we see good clubs dropping in performance all the time.
If I had to bet, I'd probably go with Chelsea. The odds are quite high, and it's a type of team that could beat any other club if they play at their 100%, but they are lacking consistency and mix good performances with poor ones.

Chelsea defied all odds to beat Barcelona with a good 3:0 scoreline. Didn’t give Barcelona any chance to draw a goal back while,
Arsenal did put Bayern Munich in a position that they rather not be in at this time of their season where, they surely did look like the team you don’t dare get a fixture with. It was very humbling for Bayern Munich, a 3:1 win for Arsenal.

With Chelsea vs Arsenal having a fixture over the weekend in the EPL, you would sense that there are scores to be settled but, Arsenal looks the facilities to win for sure.

I expected Bayern Munich odds to increase after their defeat to Arsenal. Of course, Arsenal odds must be reduce because they defeated Bayern Munich with a lot of goals that many people did not expect. Arsenal, on the other hand, looks like a favorite team to everyone this season, but I don’t think they are going to win the Champions League that easily because this is just the group stage and we don’t know what will happen in the round of 16, whether some of their players will be injured.

However, if I had to choose between Chelsea and Arsenal to win the Champions League, I would wait after their next match against Chelsea. Perhaps the match will determine which team has the strength to win the Champions League since we don’t know if Chelsea and Arsenal are going to meet in the final. Since game is taking place at Stamford Bridge, I think I agree with you that this is likely to be a coin flip between Chelsea and Barcelona. When they played against Brugge and needed that own goal to end that match with a draw, I thought that Barcelona is not as convincing anymore as they had been earlier this year. The level of all players compared, if everyone is able to play I believe Barcelona is stronger, but all the present conditions Chelsea could win this.

Chelsea winning this game is a bit difficult for me to see seriously. Even though they are playing at home and that can give them a little advantage, I still think Barcelona will win. They almost have a complete squad right now. I think the only injured players in the Barcelona team are Ter Stegen and Gavi, unless someone else picks up an injury before the match.

On Chelsea’s side, I saw the news that Cole Palmer might miss the game, and honestly his absence will affect Chelsea a lot because he’s one of their standout players, if not their best this season. So if he doesn’t play, it will definitely weaken Chelsea to some extent. That’s why I feel Barcelona has the upper hand in this match.

Chelsea had the upper hand during the whole game. The only statistic that Barcelona was better than Chelsea was in the number of red cards.

Yes, there have been some matches with quite surprising results, like this one:

I thought Inter were performing quite well, but this time, Gimenez's late goal at the stoppage time really doomed Inter Milan to defeat. Alvarez also opened the scoring in this match incredibly.

As for Liverpool, I expected it, although I honestly didn't expect it to be this bad, but this time Arne Slot really failed. Liverpool slumped and failed repeatedly, embarrassingly. Losing 1-4 at home, they were really, repeatedly challenged when playing at Anfield.

We can not say adaptation is the major problem as we have been seeing in play with time. Wirtz has been a good player in Bayarn Leverkusen throughout before joining Liverpool, so how long are we waiting for adaption, even though he don't score as expected, we know that his demands is very high and that is just the truth. The cause of Liverpool lose, is not because of Wirtz, but we can clearly see that the playing pattern of the team has changed just to fix the new signings that are expected to perform as purchase.
It is seen that the tactics of Liverpool has not been favorable with their style of play. We hope they will get better to perform well.

I find something unnatural about these listing and that is, the absence of Manchester City and Teal Madrid in this. That’s so unnatural if you’d ask me.

2 seasons ago, these two were a real deal when you talk about the champions league and in today, they are just no where to be found in all this. Instead, we have the likes of Arsenal whom are not used to playing in the champions league looking like the most dominant team we could find and that’s the reality of the day eventually.

Barcelona was completely weak when they played Chelsea so, it’s hard seeing them as a favorite now.

The chances for Arsenal is very high but the only fear I have is for them to maintain consistency, because as we know Arsenal to be in previous season, they have not been maintaining consistency and they easily give out the league title to another team. In this season we have been expecting good playing and simple performance from, Arteta's men. I can't believe how Liverpool is still above Chelsea in term of UCL odds. Kinda weird to see that happens. It's most probably just because their history or what? Other than them Man City is still playing so poorly. So i don't think it's right those teams being priced more than Chelsea to win UCL.  
I know if one game won't determine everything. However, those teams suffers the losses in a few consecutive times.
