What on earth was going through Milan’s management’s minds that they dared to buy a bench player by breaking their own transfer record? This is the first time I’ve seen Milan’s management spend such a high price on a bench player.

I don’t understand what the management sees in Ramos, whose playing ability clearly doesn’t justify such a high transfer fee. I doubt Ramos will be able to handle the pressure on his shoulders, because fans will undoubtedly demand a major contribution from him given his status as the club’s most expensive player.

They must have decided to do something different than their classic transfer strategies and surprise people. But I don't think this is the right way to do that for themselves.

I believe that inter Milan is still watching the market, especially now that the world cup is going on one thing that we need to know about the transfer market is that, it's not about rushing to spend the money buying players. What is most important is identifying the right players from the and going for them. Identifying the right players is key and I believe that both the coach and the club hierarchy is taking their time doing that.

I don't think that will be a good idea for them because even while the tournament is ongoing, players are getting transferred on a daily basis. ESPN reported that AC Milan has concluded Ramos €74 million record deal earlier this week and I see it as a very good move especially after his display in the early hours of today against Croatia where he scored a header to take the team to the round of 16 at stoppage time after coming off the bench.

This world cup is a good opportunity to discover more talents and go all in even as the tournament is ongoing because more clubs are also watching. If Inter Milan continues waiting until after the world cup, they may only be left with mediocre players to choose from and that is not the best for the team because the team is already weak and needs serious reinforcement to be able to compete in the European champions League.

Story of Kolo Muani always made me very sad. He lost all of his power to play after that missed world cup shot, and he became a shell of his old self and he started playing badly. I've been thinking the same thing lately. Inter Milan seem to be a lot more cautious with their spending. They've been linked with several players and even held talks with some of them, but nothing has really happened so far. Looking at all of this, I can't help but wonder if Inter are simply trying to be more careful financially by targeting cheaper players, regardless of their age.

It's definitely a smart approach from a financial perspective, but when it comes to long term performance, it could be a risky strategy. Other clubs will have a better chance to compete with Inter and could even replace them at the top of the table.

This coming season is going to be very hot at the Italian Serie A. Many of the teams are investing heavily to secure good players all over the world. The focus this year will be on Inter Milan and AC Milan who are doing the highest addition to their teams. Imo, what Inter needs to do is to start focusing on building their next squad generation. I believe they will be in the market for new youngsters too that can come in and begin learning from the available veterans but that means that they have to let some players go. Make they're waiting for world cup to continue playing our so they can scoop small underrated players and not the ones that most teams will flock to..

I've seen his game at PSG countless times. He's agood striker but no way near prolific strikers that can great impact the outcome of matches because of their on-field influence and contributions.
