Roma "may" face something very similar to Arsenal very soon. Arteta spent many years chasing that league title, and even finished second place for three years in a row before they won the league title. And even this year, if City didn't fail and lost those last few games, Arsenal would have failed this year too. Remember that bottle guy? So yeah, Arsenal took many years to get there.
I believe the same, if Roma gives Gasperini 7-8 years as well, then they are going to slowly become better and better and better, eventually reaching a point where they will win the league. I bet that before it's 30 years, they are going to win one more league title, but that is not going to be easy. This is why we should give him some time.
Of course giving a good manager to build a good team always have huge impact on the team, and I believe Gasperini will do the same if only he his given the right players. We saw Arsenal spending so much these years to build the team they have today, can Roma spend that much on their team, for me I don’t think so. Roma have really improved under Gasperini and I believe we will see more of that next season. I am a huge fan of Gasperini, he is a coach that believe that a good defense can win you the league, we saw how he improved Roma back line when he took charge. I will really be happy if the board can invest in his project.

Inter look really comfortable in the Serie A at least for now. But for the Champions League I can't say the same thing. For a team that made it to final there twice recently their last season effort wasn't convincing.
That elimination against Bodø/Glimt is telling us a lot about them. I know the Norwegian side made difficulties for other big teams too. But still it would be unacceptable for them in the end.
Now they are losing players one by one. They need to be more active in the transfer market.

Atalanta is still trying to convince Ederson to sign a new contract. Ederson is 27 years old. Last season for Atalanta, he played 30 games, scored only 2 goals and made only 1 assist. In this World Cup, he played for the Brazilian national team, making 2 appearances, scoring 0 goals and providing 0 assists. In the 2024-2025 season, he played 37 games, scoring 4 goals and providing 2 assists. I don't know why Atalanta is trying so hard to keep him. If he really wanted to stay at the club, he would have already signed a contract. He probably wants to play for another club because Atalanta hasn't shown itself to be the same strong team it was a few seasons ago.

I haven't seen Inter milan recruit any new players in this transfer window, and this is certainly different from their rivals, ac milan, who have been very active in this transfer window, having already signed Goncalo ramos and Mario Gila. Indeed, Considering inter milan dominance in serie A, they are certainly very strong, having won back to back scudetto titles in the last two seasons. So, Will the changes to the squad, with the departures of old players, hinder inter milan performance next season? But in terms of attack, inter milan still has quite good attackers like thuram and martinez. I think They just need to recruit Defenders and midfielders.

I haven't seen Inter milan recruit any new players in this transfer window They wanted to sign Anan Khalaili, and after all the terms were agreed with Union St Gilloise and the player traveled to Inter and underwent medical exams, the next piece of bad news for Inter came: he failed the medical tests, so the Italian regulatory system did not approve him. This is a rare thing to hear; most of the time players pass the medical exams without problems. Unfortunately, Inter will have to look for another player. Inter has a good squad; the coach probably wants to avoid making too many changes because with this strong squad they can win Serie A again.

We've gotten over this long ago but you brought back the disastrous memories. Inter is not too active in the transfer market but they're not sleeping either. There are several report linking Inter with Liverpool Curtis Jones. Although I'm not sure if this deal will work out between them and Liverpool because Liverpool is overpricing that dude. Rumour has it that they're also interested in Chelsea defender Chalobah and he's also keen on joining Inter. They are linked to David Alaba who's a free agent now. Sadly, they are involved with average players

Let him go for free is kinda stupid when he's still at his golden age as a footballer(26 - 30). So offering him a new contract will buy Atalanta more time to sell him for expensive price. However, if he's reluctant to stay, he shall not need to sign a new contract. He can leave as free agent 10 months later because his contract expired at mid 2027. It's basic football business.

Manchester United was actually on the verge of signing Ederson but they suddenly gave up on the transfer. I have heard it like his medical report wasn't positive but the interesting part is that he doesn't have a horrible injury record. If the relationship is broken between him and the team then they will probably lose him for free. By the way Sarri's arrival is really good for Atalanta. They can once again be competitive for top 4.

This is also Atalanta’s problem: they won’t budge in negotiations; either you pay what Atalanta are asking for, or the deal doesn’t go through. Inter have fallen into this trap twice – last year with Lookman and this year with Palestra.

What do you think about this transfer of Milan? I didn't watch Mario Gila much but his average rating seems to be 7.21 on Sofascore. Did he really have a good season at Lazio? So far Milan has spent €100m on 2 players. But this won't be enough of course. They need reinforcements as much as possible. Besides maybe Leão might also leave like in the rumours. Then they'll need to fill his void.

It's certainly not a problem of players or coaches that Milan has seen in recent seasons like the same problem as Juventus like the same problem, although not as accentuated, as Napoli when you have an imbecile or many imbeciles to manage, damage happens

It’s a decision that leaves something to be desired, but they clearly have their reasons for doing so

They do very well, the players don't have to decide, lately there's a sort of asymmetric behavior, and this is not good at all. You shouldn't over-ask just for hype, if you deliver then you will get paid However, Atalanta's goal is to have an average team and money in their pockets rather than debts. which I share a lot!
