Mid performance by Juventus. I see nothing changed from the way they played last season. They have a never ending problem with their mentality, which is so weak. Imagine you can only perform only for a half of game, then being so exhausted in the remaining half. Other than it getting a narrow score against a promoted team is embarassing when they have created multiple chances. I thought it should be at least 3 goals. Nevertheless i only admit Kolo is an upgrade to david, but it changes nothing when they still hard to score.

They will never ever win europa league with their mid performance. It's also hard to imagine how they can also manage to finish at the UCL spots with this old circus performance.

Absolutely dude, it is true Amorim was having a bad season when he was at Manchester united for me is not a new thing that has always Manchester united habit of pursuing coaches I believe Amorim is still good he can handle Ac Milan perfectly but my problem is if Amorim can change his pattern of play he should emolate from other managers pattern of play I think that can help him a lot.

Amorim was excellent at Sporting, that was the green light Manchester United saw especially after he dominated and punished Pep's Manchester City, I think that was the final conviction Manchester United saw before going all out for him , but things didn't turn out well for him in the period he spent in the club. Kept on breaking records after records in a negative way all through before he was finally relieved off his duties, now his at AC Milan and from what I heard, he was given the players he requested for. So technically, his good to go with this team, his first game against Torin was superb, the way Milan played was very different from what they have been playing in recent years, decent and attacking football, although it's just one game yet, let's see how things unfold.

People always do that mistake of using the past to conclude the present and even the future. When it gets to do with professionalism, it's usually three sided, decrease, increase or consistency (in poor or great job). A football player who never did well in previous season can become the talk of the globe due to their present wonders. Fiorentina made several signings over the summer. They loaned Mastantuono from Real Madrid and signed Oulai from Trabzonspor. They also bought Pellegrino from Parma, yet they performed very poorly yesterday.
Malen continues to stand out. He was the top scorer in Serie A in 2026 and has started the new season with three goals.
The first goal was the result of a very clever, composed finish.
If he has another strong season, Malen won't stay at Roma next year.

Fiorentina hasn't been themselves since last season and I believe they are yet to get back on their feet that's why they've been performing poorly. It never easy to get back easily when you change coach and that's exactly what's happening with Fiorentina. After the struggles last season they employed a new manager and luckily they managed to escape relegation but it seems they are not yet stable. Losing in this manner means they still have a long way to go and if they don't improve their game fast they might end up getting relegated.

Roma are lucky to have Malen, he's been in top form and with this display against Fiorentina it seems he might replicate his last season performance. But he wasn't the top scorer last season, Lautaro Martinez won it ahead of Malen.

Losing 4 goals in an opening match calls for huge concern. Florentina need to step up their game It wasn't just the mid-field their defense was extremely porous. Donyell Malen made got his first hat trick for Roma against Florentina, I was expecting a win from Roma but i wasn't expecting such huge goal factors, conceding without making any attempt for a comeback.

Why the sudden change of mind now? I thought everything was under control since FIFA’s last emergency meeting. Earlier this month, FIFA held emergency leadership meeting where several issues including the sell of shares were addressed and the board members reaffirm their full support for the current FIFA president. Infantino acknowledge mistakes and officially withdraw the sale which was the causes of the ongoing controversies and apology letter was also issued to the other relevant bodies. Even if italian football federation doesn't give support to the Infantino. I guess he will still become the FIFA president for 2nd times. It's because there will be no name that is willing to compete with him for the FIFA president. I've also talked about that in the FIFA president thread.
Beside that if FGIC decides to withdrawn its support, yet infantino still becomes FIFA president again. I guess serie a will follow what's already ordered by UEFA to isolated themselves from any competition hosted by FIFA.

Yeah, we are still at the very beginning of the season! However I still don't trust this Fiorentina though. I don't see any progress in their game first of all.

Maybe that was a tough away game vs Roma. But they should have been more resistant than this. Besides they couldn't create any big chance in the whole game. 

I just hope they don't end up relegating this time.
