I would say that after the second day of the championship everything is quite regular, Como won, Inter won and other teams, including mine, did their duty.
The only team that in my opinion was truly awful was Fiorentina.

Ranked from 14th to 20th, Fiorentina sits in 20th place because they have yet to win a game and have conceded 7 goals. This is terrible because a team that hasn’t won a single game in two matches—Fiorentina—doesn’t live up to its storied history.
Perhaps Fiorentina’s current situation mirrors that of the Italian national team, which needs to be saved.
Losing to AS Roma isn’t all that surprising. Losing to Frosinone, however, is unacceptable.

Roma has made a fantastic start to the season. I don't recall Roma ever getting off to such a strong start in recent years.
Two matches, two wins, and they haven't conceded a single goal yet.
I’d like to make a special mention of Donyell Malen. He has played exceptionally well since arriving at Roma.
He was the team's top scorer in 2026, and he has already reached five goals in just two matches during the 2026-2027 season.
Had he not been substituted in the 67th minute, he would have scored his second consecutive hat-trick.
Roma is in great form.

Agreed, Donyell Malen is the valuable signing for Roma and he has already proven this in his first two matches, scoring five goals. So, congratulations to Roma. Having such  forward in the squad  they may really be among the main contenders for winning the next Scudetto. I liked how Roma played last season, despite some gaps that prevented them from pushing Napoli out of second place, they played well, and I hope this season they will play even better.

It is true that Florentina performed badly in their last two games now conceding 7 goals already. I don't see losing to Roma as a suprise too because and also every other person here won't be more surprised that Roma beat Florentina. I see their defeat to Frosinone is the issue here but I can tell you that it's not very surprising. The fact that Frosinone came from Relegation doesn't make them an extreme bad team and also checking their qualification process, Frosinone beat Mantova by 5 goals to nothing on the last day of the season to finish second in the Seria B. Does this show a very weak team? Not at all. We have seen even in the Premier league, Leicester city came from relegation and Won the league and just recently, Hull city came from relegation to beat Manchester united by 2 goals to nothing.

To me, Florentina was not also a formidable team last season as they finished 15th on the table. So why is there this extreme expectation from Florentina? Florentina needs to improve better as soon as possible but it doesn't mean that only losing to Frosinone made them the very weak team., they've always been that weak lately.

It’s time to update the Serie A table

Wow, the next matchday features Juventus vs Milan, now that’s what you call a big match. Obviously, I’m hoping the bianconeri win, but Milan are playing really well and I reckon they will come out on top this time. I also hope Fiorentina bounce back because this start to the season is truly baffling, conceding seven goals and scoring none is a humiliation given the transfer business they have done. One of all, it seems Dragusin has forgotten how to play football.

There is a big difference between last season's and the current Roma on one thing... They are much more productive right now!

Starting with 2 big wins is way beyond the expectations I think.    I know it's still quite early but I'm already wondering if they can be competitive for the Serie A title until the end.

I’ll place a goal-related bet on the Inter vs. Napoli and Roma vs. Atalanta matches and leave it at that. The "Over 2.5 goals" option looks very attractive for both games. Betting on "Both Teams to Score" for the Inter-Napoli match would also be a logical choice.
Since Roma has started the season with high-scoring games, I would opt for the "Over 2.5 goals" bet.
If there is a special bet available, wagering on Malen to score would also be a sensible choice.
