Osimhen is of course a great player, he ls half the team, and it shows on value too, that dude is worth 75 million euro, and resto f the squad combined makes like 150 million at best, at least the ones on the field, probably less. So it's clear that he means a lot.
Victor Osimhen is supposed to worth more than 75 million Euros because this guy is so exceptional. The way he moves the ball, his IQ and his speed is really incredible! But to beat a team from turkey, Galatasaray should not need him, they have Icardi, that dude was top scorer in the league a few years ago, and scored bunch of goals this season too, they should be able to do fine with him. Not saying they will, just saying in theory that should be more than enough. I know Icardi is older now, and I have seen some news about him getting a divorce or something, so I understand, but that doesn't mean he won't be ready, I am sure he will be ready.
Galatasaray owes Icardi some respect too because this dude is a scoring beast and thanks to his presence because if not for him, the pressure would have been much on Victor Osimhen but most of the time, Icardi just get the work done even though in the end Osimhen will receive more of the praises but it is understandable since he is the most valued player in the squad. About his divorce with his ex-partner, i don't think it will affect his emotions while on the pitch because i read that he has moved on with a new girlfriend. I don't know what is wrong with these girls being so controversial with football players and athletes in general.

If GS drops points and Fenerbahçe manages to beat Beşiktaş next day especially with their squad back to full strength it might just breathe new life into the championship race. I hope so it would definitely make the league more exciting.
It is very much likely Galatasaray will not want to loose points at this time knowing how risky it will be for them, they will want to do their best to maintain their position even in the absence of osimhen, but i will really love to see that excitement that close gap would bring to the league if it eventually happens. If Trabzon and Fenerbahçe win, the points gap closes and all three teams will fight for the title. and the championship race will be reignited for both teams. If Beşiktaş and Galatasaray win the title race is over but the battle for 2nd and 3rd place might get absolutely insane. I would like to see Trabzonspor win; a league where the fight continues until the final weeks would be truly enjoyable. If Galatasaray wins this match, then the remaining weeks will lose all their excitement. Of course, Fenerbahçe also needs to avoid dropping points. In recent years, they've lost points in such easy matches and fallen behind in the championship race that I have no confidence in Fenerbahçe in this regard In my opinion, Galatasaray stands out from the other teams with their quality of play and they are the team that deserves the championship the most. But like you said, I’d also like to see them lose this week so we can watch a more competitive and entertaining end to the season. Of course, many people want Galatasaray to lose to add excitement to the league, but it must be said that the probability of Galatasaray losing is not very high. Yes, the Nigerian striker is injured and his chances of returning to the team are slim for now, but they have an experienced forward like Mauro Icardi in his place. The away game against Trabzonspor will be very difficult, as it always has been. Also, considering that Trabzonspor is a contender for the championship, it is not difficult to predict that Galatasaray will be better prepared for this match.

yes, when it comes to Osimhen, he is everything to Galatasaray but the team must remember how to play and win without him. Relying solely on Osimhen affects the team negatively and it already has. For next season, it is essential to sign a high quality, clinical striker to back him up someone who won't make a fuss about being a substitute.

We don't even know if Osimhen will stay with the team next year. Perhaps a very good team in Europe might want to sign him. There were some speculations in Germany that Bayern Munich wanted to sign him. If that happens, I don't think Galatasaray will be able to easily replace him. Right now, Galatasaray could make the biggest transfer by wanting to keep him in the team next year, because Osimhen's staying with the team is like a transfer in itself. However, being a team dependent on a single player is always risky, as we've seen once again.

One ignored fact about football most times is, these players even in days where they might not be creating the assist and getting the goals, big names like Icardi constitute a significant aspect of the teams attacking threat, they can draw players away while crossing the ball to a zone that could lead to goal scoring opportunities. At times, I feel the defenders aren’t given enough credit for the job they do at the backline with football having to focus more on the attack because of the goals and neglect those whose job it is to keep the goals out.

Defenders do win man of the match awards so also in the Ballon d'Or, there are defenders in the past who have won the prestigious awards so no matter the position they play, it is their individual performance that stands out and not their positions. The best way to attack is when you have a good defensive techniques such that if the attackers fail, the defenders will be at alert to protect their defense from opponent getting an easy access to score. In whatever way, defenders are also important.

To be honest, he won’t be able to survive at clubs willing to shell out €100 million for him if he keeps up that inconsistent one good match, one ghost match performance. Not that he would let himself play like that anyway. I’m not saying this to criticize him; I’m just analyzing the situation. also another thing, while I was certain he’d be transferred this summer, he actually caught me off guard with the news about him potentially buying Istanbulspor.

The Istanbulspor president stated that he had no knowledge of the matter. I think Osimhen has such a goal. If he does this, his chances of staying in Turkey increase, but it's still not certain because many footballers have bought teams in different countries around the world. I don't think Osimhen buying a team in Turkey would prevent him from transferring to another country.

Fenerbahçe needs to make changes in their transfer strategies. For example it makes no sense to pay Kante €11m per year. He is a defensive midfielder and we don't have such an insane budget to spend a high amount for that position.
If we also spent such amount or more for an attacker like Osimhen instead then I wouldn't be against it. Look at Osimhen now. He is really carrying Galatasaray to championships here. We don't have such a striker unfortunately.
I agree that €11 million a year for N'Golo Kanté is too much for a defensive midfielder. Perhaps it would be better to invest that amount in a decisive striker like Victor Osimhen, who is making a difference at Galatasaray S.K.. Maybe that's what Fenerbahçe S.K. is lacking.

Fenerbahçe made a truly incredible financial commitment for Kante. In addition to a €14.4 million signing bonus and an €11 million salary, they are also giving Kante a share of shirt sales. In my opinion, paying this kind of money for a 35 year old player is very unreasonable, yet Fenerbahçe chose to spend that much on him. Perhaps this money could have been used on a better or younger player instead.

Because there were already a few good players in that position. N'golo Kante is a very good player, we know that, but it's fair to say that the salary is very high and the budget is very demanding for a 35-year-old player. Bringing in young, quality players is more important, in my opinion. Many teams should perhaps take Bodo as an example in this regard. They earn very little money, but they've done wonders in the Champions League.

The next match week is a crucial one for us. A potential draw in the Trabzonspor-Galatasaray match would be good for Fenerbahçe. Yes, he is very old now as well. That's another reason why you shouldn't pay him such an insane sum of money. He has just arrived from Saudi Arabia. He has been away from European football for a long time. That should also be a reason for you to think about this transfer twice.

Fenerbahce had multiple chances over the last few weeks to get level on points with Galatasaray but what did they do? They even lost to the worst team in the league by more than 1 goal. After that game, I stopped rooting for Fenerbahçe because in life, you've to take maximum advantage of all opportunities you get. That game against Fatih Karagümrük S.K is an easy 3 points they would've gotten. If Fenerbahce goes on to win the league title, I would be pleasantly surprised.

I don't think Fenerbahçe can win the league this year. Their only league defeat came against the last-placed team, and whenever Galatasaray drops points, Fenerbahçe can't capitalize on it. I'm sure if Trabzonspor beats Galatasaray in their next league match, Fenerbahçe will also drop points and miss the opportunity. They currently have the same number of points as Trabzonspor. Even their chances of qualifying for the Champions League are now at risk. They might not even be in the Champions League rankings in the future. Their performance in the remaining matches will show this.

Weak winning mentality within a team is commonly signified by an inability to leverage an opponents point-loss streak. Should Fenerbahce just keep throwing golden chances away as Galatasaray slips, the mental strain on the players will just keep growing. The rest of the season will also require consistency to be eligible in the Champions League. Your fears of them not making it to the top of the league may turn into a bitter reality, unless you improve your mind considerably.

Even if Gala drops points against Trabzonspor and Fenerbahce win vs Beşiktaş, it still won't be enough because Galatasaray has one outstanding match that they would likely win. Fenerbahce have done well this season but those points they dropped when Gala dropped points was a terrible move that is now hurting their title chances and UCL qualifications like you said.

I don't want to remember these things, but they happened. There were great opportunities for Fenerbahçe, but we missed every single one of them. You can't even beat the worst team in the league, and yet you're talking about the championship? How can a team that's a contender for the league championship lose to the worst team in the league, especially in the most crucial weeks? It's impossible to understand Fenerbahçe, and being a Fenerbahçe fan is very difficult.

If Galatasaray loses and Fenerbahce wins, that would mean a chance for Fenerbahce to get closer for the title. The gap right now is 4 points, but there is one game missing, so assume it seven points for now. But if they do get the win, while Galatasaray loses, that's 4 points, and they have a game against each other, so if Fenerbahce wins that too, it's only one points.
Whereas, worse part is, if Galatasaray and Fenerbahce both loses, that means bigger chance for Fenerbahce would be third place, instead of having a chance at first place. And worst case for Fenerbahce, if Galatasaray wins and Fenerbahce loses, that's de facto 10 points.

Victor Osimhen is supposed to worth more than 75 million Euros because this guy is so exceptional. The way he moves the ball, his IQ and his speed is really incredible No one signed him from top 5 leagues even though his minimum buyout clause was 75 million, only Arab clubs showed interest. Galatasaray signed him with money that came from dubious sources. If he were truly worth 75 million, European clubs wouldn't have let him slip away. The news emerging now is just typical media hype. No one is going to step forward and offer him 75 million again. He's already made the transfer of his career. It also seems unlikely he'll return to one of the top 5 leagues from this point on.

Osimhen is of course a great player, he ls half the team, and it shows on value too, that dude is worth 75 million euro, and resto f the squad combined makes like 150 million at best, at least the ones on the field, probably less. So it's clear that he means a lot.
But to beat a team from turkey, Galatasaray should not need him, they have Icardi, that dude was top scorer in the league a few years ago, and scored bunch of goals this season too, they should be able to do fine with him. Not saying they will, just saying in theory that should be more than enough. I know Icardi is older now, and I have seen some news about him getting a divorce or something, so I understand, but that doesn't mean he won't be ready, I am sure he will be ready.
yes, when it comes to Osimhen, he is everything to Galatasaray but the team must remember how to play and win without him. However, being a team dependent on a single player is always risky, as we've seen once again. i’m also really curious about where he’ll end up next season. I don't think Osimhen buying a team in Turkey would prevent him from transferring to another country. yeah but independent of current debates, it is worth noting that Osimhen has a very low chance of playing for any European club under his current conditions. Even the net salaries of Haaland and Salah or the Premier League's highest earners do not amount to as much as Osimhen’s.
