I'd like to address the false claims being made by a user in this forum. The user is trying to ruin our rep online across all forums, hoping we will refund their losses to quieten them down.

The case I am quoting below shows that the user's claims are untrue, after investigation from holydarkness, the case was settled in our favour and can be seen in the thread here:

The truth of the matter is that the user faked sending the initial email that they claim to have sent to request self exclusion (evidence in the thread). This is what their case was based on. They also made these same claims about other casino's too.

The reason we didn't reply in the thread whilst the investigation is ongoing, is that we were providing evidence to holydarkness whilst he mediated the case. We won't address this case again as it was already closed in our favour.

We care greatly about RG and any user can reach out to receive self exclusion from our support.

Hey, few months back I reported a bug i found on PF system (server-side logic flaw)  which I told it to live support they told me to email them with every step such as reproducing it and etc... fast forward to few days later it was fixed sliently i haven't gotten any email about it aswell and i contacted support and they were acting like they haven't gotten and team will check it and now its been a month and a half and neither emails have responded and the support is ignoring and not picking up the ticket.

BTW i also PM you weeks ago haven't gotten that response from there aswell

To this day, they have never explained why my account was reopened on January 9th just minutes after the agent confirmed it was closed due to addiction. They remain silent because there is no defense for this.

Toshi.bet destroyed the life of someone who now has plenty of free time. I will not stop until the truth is exposed and justice is served.

It's funny that you think a case is "lost" just because one person decided to ignore 90% of the documented evidence. I don't consider it a defeat when a "mediator" turns a blind eye to a casino agent explicitly coaching a declared addict to use a VPN to bypass restrictions just to keep depositing.

Perhaps you can explain this to me:
How is the casino genius enough to identify my account as a "duplicate" on Day 1 just to deny me a bonus, but suddenly too "stupid" to see that the primary account linked to it was restricted due to addiction?

They used the technology to protect their profits, but conveniently "failed" to use it to protect a human life.

If the case were as "resolved" as you claim, Casino Guru wouldn't have officially REOPENED the case after seeing the evidence that was suppressed here. Professional mediators are now looking at the actual timestamps:

  • The casino confirmed "Done, account closed" at 08:05 PM.
  • The casino accepted a new deposit at 08:09 PM (only 4 minutes later).
  • The casino identified my duplicate to save money, but ignored it to profit from $8,000 in deposits.
