What are you on about? You asked to be self-exluded, Betpanda complied and restricted your account, but you then proceeded to create multiple alt accounts, but instead, you're blaming the casino. It seems that you simply need to blame others for your lack of self-control and not take responsibility for your actions. Just because you self-excluded the first account doesn't mean that any casino, not just Betpanda, has to start an investigation to find your alt accounts because YOU lost control.

Betpanda doesn't owe you anything, and before anyone else mentions it, it has nothing to do with me being in their signature campaign. This user is simply speaking nonsense because he's now desperate for the money he lost.
Yes , I gambled and I totally lost control . But I am mentioning also they betpanda must had already some
Mechanism to block duplicate accounts , through browser , IPs , unique identifiers. There are multiple
Ways to detect it (if you want of course ) . But also there are no gambling limits on Betpanda.(you cannot set your limits to stay safe )

First off, I'm sorry for your loss. $45k is a huge amount of money. Sorry, mate. I just want to say that no one must set your limits for you to stay safe, absolutely no one. If you care about your life and lives of those close to you, you have to set those limits yourself. You should NEVER lose more than $10 above what you can easily afford to lose in one day. That should be like a rule for anyone who doesn't want to turn their gambling into disaster.

Hi to everyone ,
Since 1 year before I was gambling but not a lot money .
The last months I was totally addicted to gambling and lost all of my money on Betpanda and also money that wasn’t mine .
I have created also 3 accounts on Betpanda because I was requesting a self excluding and after some period I was creating a new account and started playing again normally .
Betpanda should normally not allowing me to play again as I am the same user (must had more security features to not allow me as I was self excluded due to gambling addiction )

The last month I have lost 45K from money that doesn’t belong to me and I must repay them.
I don’t really know what to do ?
The ideal will from Betpanda to give me all my money on the last account back as they don’t even have limits and other such stuff for addicted users. (But I am sure that this will not gonna happen as this is exactly that they want , addicted users playing more and more and keep loosing )
A friend created also a fund raising campaign for me to be able to other some money from donations
The link on spot found is here http://spot.fund/HelpJacobPayGamblingDues
You gambled but the casino company did not ask you to gamble or force you to gamble. You gambled of your own free will, so you cannot expect to get your money back from the casino platform. However, it is advisable for you to gamble responsibly and treat gambling as entertainment and avoid gambling to make money. If you start losing money the way you did, you will suffer more and at some point you will see that you will do it for longer. When you start gambling with debt, your life will be completely destroyed. That is why I tell you to stop gambling without paying attention to the money you have lost and participate in gambling with a very small amount of money just for fun.

Hello friend!  Wink
You urgently need help from a specialist in combating gambling addiction.
Google the addresses of the nearest clinics and go there for treatment.
Come to terms with the loss of money.
Now you need to think about the future.
Everything will be fine, don't despair!  Cool

Im not sure that Betpanda will give you your money back because, as I understand it, you created an alt-account which was not self excluded and you continued playing with that account. Had you won money, could they demand it back? Probably not. So people could abuse the self-exclusion, if the system worked like that.

Sorry for your loss, but at least its 45k and not 450k. It might take a long time, but you can pay it back. Staying away from gambling from now on would be wise, because it seems you have developed a gambling addiction.

And it is in poor taste to ask the community to help you pay your debts back.
Maybe this whole topic is a scheme for you to scam Bitcointalk users
 Huh.

I also had that idea, that this OP came up with this story only to have reason to post link to raise money. We can help with advices and cheer up, but to help financially a guy who has borrowed money and lost in gambling? I have mixed feelings about it. I would think about helping if those 45k were stolen, or a person raise money for operation, or his house got burned. But helping a random gambler? If I could I would have given him job instead of money.

That's what he needs to do but unfortunately am doubt if there's any money left with him to do that, perhaps he is still in a big debt and every plans to raise money for him now is to try and clear up the loan first so that it interest will not continue to accumulate. Since he is alredy aware that he is an addict, it's better for him to start staying discipline and stay away from gambling from today henceforth to any day he clear up those debt. Even after being cleared up, he should not continue gambling if he can not control his behavior yet.
