Nowadays, many people are not getting jobs even after obtaining the highest degree from the university. This is really a sad fact because in various big companies, AI or robots are doing various jobs. Moreover, I think that the people of the current generation prefer to avoid working in other companies, they learn various types of work on online platforms and work there to improve their lives. However, I think that those who are currently in the world must study from school and later they have to gradually increase their knowledge. However, I think there are some people who have become successful in business without studying, but it is better to start a business after studying. Every person is skilled and if they are educated, they have spiritual knowledge. Having a university degree, is more like prestige. Of course, you can be successful without it. But you might not get the same level of recognition in society as those with a degree. University degrees have importance when we want to get job in any firm because these will see our qualifications first which is basic requirement of the company and after they will train us to do work in this firm . If you want to be primary teacher then you should not choose university degrees and you are going to wrong path when you will get nothing and you will regret at a time of old age . IT field is emerging field and there will be high jobs in the IT and people should adopt that profession because that is best for the future but you have to do practical things if you want to get money from that .More people are earning from other fields and many fields have Saturation where is no space for new comers.

I think this is an important point for people to understand. It's wrong to use people like Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg as examples of people who can succeed without a college degree. I think this is biased and flawed. It's only a small sample of people who have achieved success without a college education. Furthermore, both Mark and Gates dropped out of college because they had a passion to pursue. They also had privileges from the start because their parents had the connections and money to build their children's businesses. Nowadays, almost any knowledge can be acquired without going to college. Instead of focusing on the degree, I will always encourage people to focus on the skill in the qualification especially when you are deeply interested in the course of study. The degree certificate is just a paper evidence to show you have passed through the course and exercise. The real education is in the skills you acquired alongside some of which are multifaceted and can land you jobs easily. But if you only focus on the book and the skills is not properly developed, you will end up not having any tangible value to show off in the labour market which is usually highly demanding, over saturated and full of people who are looking for the same thing you are looking for.

Yep, a university degree still matters, especially in professions that cannot exist without formal education, like medicine, law, and other regulated fields where certification and good training are compulsory..

But, it does not matter as much in skill based professions that can be built independently..  In those areas, what truly matters is your skill level, experience, and ability to deliver results, not necessarily a degree..

After acquiring the require and possible knowledge you can start your own business, or any other thing that you will be earning some money to stabilise your life and that of your loved ones. Your source of income doesn't have to be from the government, it doesn't matter where you are earning from, as long as it is a legal way.

Education is actually very important in our lives because it makes us more sensible, responsible, smart and the ability to make the right choices. With effective education, you will be more knowledgeable, productive, creative, and innovative. You don't have to downgrade or abandon education because of what others are saying. Lack of job opportunities can't stop us from growing, it supposed to serve as our motivation and make us stronger, that we would be able to grow with or without white collar jobs. personally i dont feel having a uni degree means anything now a days and for fact hasnt for a long time. uni is a place of being in debt for the majority of your adult life for a piece of paper that does not have value like every one thinks it does and i feel more people especially young people are only starting to see this. uni is a next step in life but not a necessary one. a lot of people leave uni with put the skills of experience which employer look for so end up being stuck in a dead end job while there uni degree sits in the draw. lots of rich people have made it today without the need for a degree and this is becoming more and more heard of. experience and risking taking is more important then a degree that get many no where.

While the other professions can be done with a hustle and learn from it. There are just some examples of these degrees that people still need to take when they're aiming for some specific professions. Like in the premed and other professional degrees that requires studies, like what you've said it's regulated and there's a need for requisites for it to be done. The training and certifications are required but then, a graduate studies from universities is the usual requirement for it.

True, a university degree is important but it must be coupled with the knowledge that the person has. Because there are some people who only study at university just for the degree, while in competence they can't do anything. If after getting a degree nothing can be done then I think there is no point in getting that degree. A degree will never increase any job if a person does not work on improving his skills. In a country where the literacy rate is high, if people cannot prove their qualifications, then a degree  will be worthless. If someone is able to use both qualifications and a degree together, then a degree can bring positive results for them. That is why ordinary people should focus on acquiring qualifications along with archiving a degree.
