But those who are addicted on gambling forced us to play more and finally I became loser (lost 15000 BDT from the winning). Have you faced anything like this?

gambling with locals is just a bad idea so i never do it, and you can't know for sure if those local are "professional gamblers" or "professional scammers", they could be cheating or colluding with each others to rip you off.

Actually I wanted to time pass on the ceremony and enjoy gambling with local people. The amount is small 20000 BDT means less than 200$ But I got a good experience how they play, how addicted they are and how they force to play while they are in loss. They behave like a mad nothing else.

I sure have. And that kinda thought me quite a valuable lesson, which is to always listen to myself and not be influenced by the actions or behaviours or other gamblers around me. Since you had already won a good amount, the most rational thing to do at that moment was to take a walk of victory rather than listening to other gamblers and being misled on the process. Well I guess next time this experience would teach you to make better choices.

Offline gambling comes with certain risks, and what you had just faced is simply one of many and that's why I avoid gambling offline as much as I can. Especially when you go gambling around some vicinity where you're a stranger and knows just a scanty number of persons there, you can't just win them and you're allowed to walk away just like that. It kills their pride and if they are some violent people you can get yourself endangered.

Here in the Philippines, this kind of situation is quite common. The game usually doesnt stop until someone runs out of bankroll. It often happens during wakes or local gatherings once they see you're winning, they won't let you leave. The gambling only ends when its already early morning.

It's also hard to just walk away when you're winning because if you don't go along with their demand to keep playing, there's a risk they might do something bad to you. Thats why sometimes it's safer to just lose your bankroll or wait until someone else completely loses rather than put yourself in danger. Been there before like in fiesta the color game.

The offline gamblers are often addicts because they gamble all through the night till someone loses all his money before they will stop gambling. As a gambler, it is nice that you have discipline so that you can be able to control yourself whenever you observe that a game is not going in your favour.  It will be way easier to just walk away when you are losing a game. I have not really come to that point of playing a game and having such experience and still remain. If your situation is not the one you wish for and you are forced to gamble against your wish based on the influence of those you are gambling against or you are with, then it's a bit of an easy decision to escape if you don't want to gamble again and they still insist since their own gambling urge has not been quenched.

The best I personally can do in that situation is to seat and wait without engaging in gambling again till they finish. It could be a hard decision to make, but it will be worth it if you can keep to it, as the rest of the money lost could have been saved.

I think it's better to call it "physical gambling".

What you experience is a non-written rule in physical gambling where if you are against a person or group of people, and you are winning, you should not quit right away, but just continue. It's like showing a professional approach against those who are losing and giving them a chance to bounce back against you if they can. You can consider quitting if one of your opponents is running out of funds, if you are still winning, even after a long period, or if you respectfully ask your opponents that you need to stop now because you have been playing with them for a long time already.

Here in our country, that situation is normal, and the pressure is always on the person/group of people who are not part of the community where they are doing gambling. If they won, they had no choice but to stay in their gambling session there for a long time.

Yes, this is what I experienced before, when playing offline gambling with friends who are stronger in gambling, meaning they are not happy if there are players who win and then they want to stop just like that, what happens is a conflict and we have felt this, even though you have left the gambling even though you are a loser, usually other gamblers will be disappointed in you and will not be friends anymore.

Yeah I have faced similar thing and I know how the feeling is. I don't really like offline gambling because of what happened to you, when you are winning and you wish to stop it is always difficult because the people you are playing with will not want you to stop until everyone is tired and you all stop at the same time.

I don't like the fact that I can't exit the game when I feel I have had enough so that's why I don't like engaging in offline gambling. Sometimes it can be profitable and also fun at the same time nothing is guaranteed. In gambling knowing when to take a break is important else you will just end up losing all the money you made.

Just be careful with how you engage in it and not get addicted to it. Don't forget it's supposed to be for fun.

Despite the fact that gambling culture is very strong in my country and I also started gambling because it was a cool thing to do at that time, there has never been such pressure from anyone. That's a very bad experience. Btw when I was a kid, I was advised to never gamble in real life because most real life gambling in my country aren't the right people you want to befriend with. They mostly do many bad things besides gambling, many of them did a lot of damage to their families. If you are in a group that doesn't let you to enjoy your wins and instead push you to develop addiction, then stop meeting with those people, don't gamble in that casino in the future. Either gamble in a different casino where you won't be in touch with some people or don't gamble in real life and only gamble online.
