I guess you are from an islamic society because most of them ban casinos and all gambling related activities. While people still find ways to practice gambling far from the eyes of the authorities. Today with online gambling and the emerging of crypto based casinos, it becomes ridiculous for authorities to ban any kind of online activities like countries who issue laws banning crypto use. In my country, no places available for offline gambling since all gamblers oriented to online apps with many people using their personal accounts in online gambling platforms to sell bets to people who are not familiar with online payments. Well, kind of. I am from Bangladesh and over 90% people in my country are Muslim. So yes, gambling is banned here. FYI - Bangladesh was born in 1971, and we gained independence from Pakistan. Bangladesh was part of Pakistan before 1971. But the gambling law in Bangladesh is way older than that. Gambling was banned here since 1867 while the British were ruling this region. Bangladesh is still following that law, and yes, gambling is still banned in this country. The gambling situation in my country is the same as in your country. People mostly gamble online even though the government banned online gambling lately. But yet, people using online casinos to gamble and hope they won't get caught. Yes i know a little about the history of your region therefore i know how much conservative is your society especially about religious sins like drinking alcohol or practicing gambling despite is far away from the origins of islamic doctrine like in Gulf countries. See the UAE for example there are dedicated stores for alcohols and people can drink alcohol in restaurants and bars. In my country which is an islamic country in North africa, it's the government who produce alcohols and monopole the gambling industry before the emerging of online gambling. It's less conservative than your region. No the authorities can't catch them unless someone win a big sum of money and want to transfer it to his local bank. Usually they also find a way with virtual banks like neteller and skrill which they can sell the balance in their accounts and just transfer it to the buyer balance who would give them cash locally in exchange for a percentage fee. I guess it's also the same method in Bangladesh.

Yeah. Almost a similar situation here. People mostly gamble at a crypto casino. They transfer their funds from their main wallet to exchanges like Kucoin and Binance and sell their USDT for fiat, which they receive via mobile banking, or even their main bank. Since the banking system is online, people use their bank accounts to transfer money to other bank accounts without going to the banks. The banks usually never ask where you received the funds from. You can just withdraw your funds from ATM machine and no one is going to ask about your money. I usually use mobile banking system to sell my Bitcoin.

Of course, you're enjoying yourself while gambling, especially when you see that you're winning. At that moment, you feel like luck is on your side and you'll be able to take home a large amount of money.
However, there's a risk when you're in that situation. Because you're in a place where you don't know the intentions of the other gamblers, there might be people watching you. They see you winning and are just waiting for an opportunity. Without you knowing, they might ambush you once they see you've quit because you know you've already won.
But how do some you all feel so comfortable to go gambling within an insecure environment where you are not even safe should you be winning after taking a risk on your own money. I really don't grasp why people choose these places over government approved physical gambling houses. It's like risking your money and also risking your life after while you're in a winning streaks against the other people.

Yes this is exactly the same conditions here with the except that all transfers are internal in the same bank system. Means that p2p sellers possess accounts in more than one local bank (mainly 4 big national banks) and when you sell usdt to one of them he just proceed internal bank transfer to avoid fees and traceability by the central bank authorities. And since my country is not banned under any jurisdiction, and as the amounts are not that big to rise suspiciousness., it's almost impossible the trace the source of funds are coming for gambling. Note that in my country, practicing gambling is not prohibited by law as i told you the government has already two national gambling companies one for local football championship and another for horse races, but a law was issued that anybody has to pay taxe from 25% to 30% for all winnings from any entertainment activity like gambling and participating in competitions.

I don't know if I was sound confusing in my previous post, but I want to clarify that the transactions happen in my country, same as yours. Once a seller sells his USDT, the buyer gets the seller's bank account number and name, and the buyer transfers the funds from their bank account using the bank app. That is an internal transfer, and yeah, it is the same as you mentioned in your post. I think I have seen you writing Arabic. If you are from one of the arab countries, it is surprising that your country didn't ban gambling legally. I thought gambling was banned in all arab countries. I am also curious if North African people speak Arabic. This is something new I am learning.

You are right about the risks in offline casinos. Hence I would advice people to go to them only for the experience and not for the attempt to make money, because in spite of popular belief gambling is going make the player poor and the casino rich. Going to the Vegas strip is a lifetime experience and visiting the Monaco casinos is another. Dont go there to make money, although there is a lot of security and personnel there to help out, you should not trust anybody. Coming to the developing countries, hell no, I would not trust a physical casino but always keep to online casinos at the comfort of your home.

Gambling addiction do work in that manner, it’s just like drunkard who can’t just see anywhere to drink and pass by, they must drink something because they are addicted to that same thing. Safety should be the first thing to consider in all aspect, but a gambler will think that they are all one since people around him there are his fellow gamblers, they can’t just hurt him or do him something bad, but from what I do see or hear around such physical gambling places, any stranger that come to gamble and end up winning a lot of money, people over there will rub him unless if he/she have someone there to protect them. Gambling platforms and casino platforms has made life easy for gamblers, you don’t have to expose yourself to danger of insecurity and third party, you can just gamble online and take your money without anyone noticing, and even if you are at lost, no one will know about it because it is private; and privacy is very important.

Judging from what you stated it not far fetched that addiction could make people not mind about their safety in as much as they have seen where they can satisfy their craven. Surely addiction is dangerous we are actually analysing it. Gambling is emotional especially when someone is losing much money and if they are unable to control their actions they can harm you to get back their money if they perceive that the environment is not secured and they can escape after hurting you.

However, there are some exceptions in few countries where it is permitted in limited locations mainly for tourists. For example there is only one Casino in Lebanon which is still active and accessible for everybody. In UAE, it's banned by law but there few casinos in Ras Al Khaimah state. Now talking about arabic countries in Africa. Yes there are already 8 arabic countries in Africa. All north Africa region belong to the arabs. I wonder how you don't know this as you surely came accross this abbreviation MENA which refers to all arabic countries Middle East North Africa. Sure you know Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia,... All of them are in Africa. And to surprise you more, except for Sudan, all other countries people have white skin not black as you may think. In history, this region is called White Africa. Gambling is allowed in some of those countries where you can find casinos opened for tourists like in Morocco and Egypt . And the state has it's national betting company like in Tunisia. I really appreciate this conversation with you Bro. Cheers,

I have not faced this situation before and that is because I have not actively gambled offline. However, I have acted as escrow for offline gamblers and part of the rule is that until the person losing says he is done, the winning cannot quit. So, it is like fight to finish and due to this it sometimes end in fights and waste of time.
The only way one may not be affected by offline gambling is when you set your rules and stick to them, but it is unfortunate that most gamblers don't even have any rules in gambling, and they can be influenced to get addicted to gambling. Having a good understanding and setting a rule, you can gamble whether online or offline without any negative effects. It is rules that make gamblers who they are without being changed by the gambling environment.

I have read something similar too. A man once won a good amount of money in gambling and was going home. Little did he know there were people following him and once the person stopped near his house those guys attacked him and took his money and left the place. This is one of the major risks of offline gambling which could have been easily avoided with online gambling. I guess over the time, offline gambling will be run only on a few selected locations owned by people with powerful connections and rest all gambling hubs will vanish.

You are absolutely right, I've heard of a similar story though this is a bit worser than yours, the man was said to have won a huge sum of money while playing in a physical casino, instead of keeping this a secret, cashing out the money and quietly leaving the scene for this safety, he instead out of overwhelming joy threw a party in the casino immediately and was buying drinks for almost everyone who cared to accept the drink from him, he celebrated and got alot of congratulations from different people he never knew or meet before. When the whole jubilation was over, the man after cashing out the money decided to leave for him, unknown to him that some group of people have laid ambush waiting for him, immediately he came by, they stopped him, shoot him in the led, collected the money and ran away, that was how he lost both the money and his leg.. This is a good example of how dangerous gambling physically can be.

There is no rules for most gamblers. Even we say that we're going to stick to our very own rules, it won't be obeyed by the most of us and that's because the situation is changing when we're already there and become emotional. Having a good understanding and setting a rule, you can gamble whether online or offline without any negative effects. It is rules that make gamblers who they are without being changed by the gambling environment.
I doubt that there won't be any negative effects. Some might not have but the majority will have that negative effects whichever we choose to gamble. If it becomes too much, we do some mistakes that comes along whenever we gamble both offline/online.

Gambling should not be an activity where we would be doing by all means even where we are not safe. I am very careful when gambling even on a popular casinos so that I don't end up gambling recklessly. Since our fiance is involved when gambling, we should be very careful when looking for an adventure on how to express our gambling enthusiasm because the excitement can decieve us to lose more than we have ever planned.

It's normal. You are not the only one who miss the info that there many arabic countries in africa and that most of them people having white skin. Most of people arround the world don't know that there exist african with white skin and that Egypte (most famous country in the world because of Pyramids) is in Africa. I met many people from arround the world who don't even know countries like Algeria and Tunisia. Back to topic, gambling today in islamic culture society is no longer the same taboo as was few years ago before the spread of internet and the emerge of cryptocurrencies. Here in the forum you may find experts in gambling systems and casinos despite they had never visit a physical casino in their whole lives and only practice gambling online.

Moments like this in offline gambling seem to be commonplace because even though there are no written rules, we can only stop when we have spent all our money or won all the winnings from our opponents. Until that happens, we cannot leave our seats and continue gambling. Although we might not have to follow that and gamble as we please, the reality is not that simple because those who lose will never stop until they’ve spent all their money or can recover the losses they’ve incurred. I’ve gambled with my friends in card games a few times, even though it was only with small amounts of money, but this situation always arises. It’s done with friends, and it’s even harder to stop when we’re gambling with strangers whose personalities and characters we don’t know, making it even more difficult to walk away from such situations.

Asked those gamblers same question sometimes on how their feels going to the unsecured gambling environment, because those physical casinos are all set up in the most hostile environment and alot of illegal activities happens there that is not safe for any responsible gambler., majority of those that goes to physical casinos have hard those bad experiences of gags attacks and other social visis unlike what we have with online casinos that give us freedomgoand security. An unsafe gambling environment is a very risky place for a gambler because any situation can take place at any time in an unsafe gambling environment. Suppose you are gambling in an unsafe gambling club, if there is a terrorist attack there, you will definitely be harmed and attacked. That is why, considering all aspects, online gambling is preferred by everyone today because playing online gambling is as enjoyable as playing offline gambling and is much safer than offline gambling venues. People can gamble safely and there is no possibility of being attacked. So, considering all aspects, it can be understood that online gambling is much safer and more entertaining than offline gambling.
