Porto and Benfica were a disappointment in the last round. I hope the same doesn't happen to Sporting. A team that wants to win has to play seriously in every match, regardless of the opponent; every point at this stage deserves to be fought for.
Theoretically, Benfica should be in better shape at this late stage of the competition because the team is no longer competing in continental leagues, while the other teams are still in the running and have to play more games, and tougher ones since these are the advanced stages of the competitions (round of 16)
Porto, Sporting, and Braga have had some very tough and demanding matches this week, which are physically draining, while Benfica can train and rest more
It’s important to take these additional matches into account for the teams
Sporting has a tough match on the 15th against Arsenal and then on the 19th against Benfica
