I believe Sporting will win the match, but I'm dubious about Benfica. Newcastle is struggling, but I believe they can improve at home. Benfica may be doing well in the local league, but against other leagues, I strongly believe they can make an impact.

UEFA Champions football nights comes again and we would be looking at the tough games. Sporting CP vs Olympique Marseille is crucially one of the tough game to predict. Sporting are up against Olympique Marseille and its definitely going to be a tough game. The shocking part is bothsides have good odds to win, I'm just going to place my wager on goals over 1.5 because that's one of the safest means to bet.

Sporting deserved to win even if I totally agree that the red card was the turning event in that match. Before it I saw Marseille dominating the game then it was Sporting that stepped up and scored two goals. Marseille should have stopped them from that but they failed badly.

Newcastle United is far from its previous performance in the last years and Benfica shouldn't be trashed by three goals after all. Newcastle dominated totally the game, there was some opportunities created by Benfica with Lukebakio but nothing changed. I blame Mourinho for not reviving the team in the second half and when things start going bad.

Porto lost to Nottingham Forest today in the confidence league. Porto was poor in this game because forest has not been in the best of forms in the premier League and has not struggling really bad. Porto losing to a team that is struggling is not a good Porto should improve because Porto is one team that is one of the favorite going into the conference league.


Porto is one of the biggest teams playing in the conference league so I expect that Porto should live up to expectations.

I was so surprised and also kinda excited for Benfica to have improved so much that they scored 5 goals in one game-- something that hasn't happened in a long time now. The highest they've scored in their last 20 matches is 3 goals and that has been also their best forms of the season.
They played a very interesting, but one-sided game with Arouca. We all knew they had no chance against Benfica after losing so many times in a row on all competitions, they couldn't afford to lose again.
