And what about the recent confiscations made by Winna? Just check X, Trustpilot, and the scam accusation forum threads that remain unanswered.

I can confirm that I filed a complaint 8 days ago. The Tobique Commission gave Winna 7 days to reply in the same communication thread in order to keep the complaint process moving. They never replied to me, nor to the Commission.

They are ignoring all scam accusation threads. They are also ignoring all formal complaints sent to complaints@winna.com.

This is not FUD. Everything mentioned above is factual, and I can prove everything I am saying.

There are a lot of red flags around Winna, starting with the fact that they are not addressing anything. Then there is the “PENDING” status on their license, which again is not FUD or an opinion, but a verifiable fact that anyone can check on Winna’s website.

The Commission is saying they should not be accepting new users or processing payments, yet they appear to be doing both. That means they are not compliant at this moment, and that is not FUD either.

With all that said, of course I am not neutral on this matter, because they confiscated my money. But that does not make what I am saying false, and I invite anyone to verify it for themselves.

I wouldn't call it FUD. I mean if the same thing happened to you, would you not share it here and using that way to get back what's rightfully (or not) yours? I don't see any problem in that. What I do think might be a bit annoying is him posting his stuff over and over again in the ANN thread, instead of keeping the conversation within his scam accusation thread.

On that matter, we just have to wait for their response regarding this issue.

For me, the license is not really the most important thing, especially since we are in the crypto world. What matters more here is the reputation of the casino. If they can resolve legitimate complaints and handle users properly, then that is already good enough for me.

Here is just my guess, I believe the license issue may not be that big of a deal if they are still trusted by casino game providers. Those game providers also have licensed games, so I don’t think they would just give access to a casino that is not compliant with the law. Anyway, all of this will only become clear once they give a proper response. Whether here or through any of their official announcement channels, they should address this so users can understand the real situation.

He has the right to share his issue here and in any other places where Winna exists. But he is dragging the license expiration matter and saying about the exit scam possibility here with his issue. I would like to consider it as FUD at this moment. His issue is related to sports betting, and Winna's odds provider is Betby. You are aware of the issues related to Betby odds provider. I guess he was previously restricted at other Betby provider sportsbook. The users deserve to get a proper response regarding the decision made by Winna. They are ignoring him, which doesn't look good.

Almost two weeks have passed, and it is still pending. I wonder how long it would take for a license to get approved? Surely it wouldn't take months? Genuinely asking. 
I searched TGC's ToS and found no mention of how long these procedures would take, but I found something else, though: the fees.

Damn, I didn't know online casinos would have to pay hefty fees. I always thought it would only cost max 4 digits, but no, it's up to 5.
I guess it depends on where the licensing authority is located? This one is on the Isle of Man, you know, that place where big bikes go fast as a bullet.

Whether they do not read your email or they do read it but they do not care about their possible big loss because of the bug. Yeah sure there is totally the possibility of it being reported before, since it's a VERY obvious bug. Yet, shouldn't it have been fixed by now even more? And yes, they could at least acknowledge something via email when somebody takes the time to report something like this.

About 34k Euros is too expensive and I hope that the fee would be cheaper for a license renewal, not a completely new license applied for a first time. I don't know why the fee is too expensive like this and it shocks me that casinos are ready to pay such fees for their license. Even gambling business is quite profitable, it does not mean the fee becomes cheaper for them.

From platinum vip you get automated loss back of 15% on fresh deposits, so you only get this when you are NOT in profit. So let's say you deposit 100$ and lose it, then you can claim 15$ in the VIP section.

Here comes the bug. You deposit 100$ and make a sports bet for the full amount. 2min later you will get the loss back claimable in the VIP section, despite the match haven't even started yet. Theoretically you can make a bet on 1.01 odds, super safe bet and claim the loss back for whatever amount, which makes it 1.16 odds.

Obviously it only works when you are loss back eligible, but I think that's a major bug cause if you do that with a big amount it's quite some exploit.

ignoring a bug that is technically losing them money is crazy from a site like winna, i would expect any casino to fix something like this within 24 hours max.

they finally answered to the commission thread... and they lied on it. they said it wasn't a confiscation nor account block. I sent back to them the chat transcript, chat screenshot, not being able to login screenshot, etc etc etc.

hopefully this will be resolved but looks very bad for Winna.

weeks later, their  license is still as PENDING. looks like they don't give a fuck about anything.
