You are very correct those dreams that are sold to people are the beginning of scam when you accept and you decide to do as they have said immediately you become someone that is under an influence that you don't even know how to come out of it and they scam you everything you have and leave you empty, so just like the OP have said avoid any dream that looks too good to be true especially when it concern trading and cryptocurrency that is the tactics they use to scam people so whenever you receive a PM in this forum or your social media account by someone concerning anything related to selling his or her dream to you please don't buy it, one thing I would love you all to know is that anywhere that is giving someone huge amount of money and it is very easy it is usually hard for that person to share that update to any other person so don't be fooled be very careful and don't allow anyone sell their idea or dreams to you because it may lead you to regret.

Scammers used different strategies to influence you so that you can get there trust and you will do what they said, is like trading if you try this strategies and he failed you will try to change it and see if another method will favour you out, that is how Scammers are too they always change there tactics of scamming if they see they are not succeeding. They always used money that everyone like thinking if you buy from them you will be successful or trying to guide you about how to become rich, the best thing to do block them immediately because the more you are given them chance to talk they can deceive you with new format if they see you didn't believe with them but when you block them they can't have access to you anymore. We just really need to be careful always and be smart enough so that your funds will be safe from fraud. You can't just wakeup one day and think you will become rich you need to work hard before you can be a successful person.

I made this post below in a thread in my local board and I thought I should share it here and also give my two cent opinion to others.

My advice to anyone will simply, avoid or do not buy dreams.

If dreams of cryptocurrency of any kind is sold to you do not buy to it.

Obviously when an individual promises you something that feels too good to be true, it's natural to feel skeptical about it, most especially when you know the odds of such occuring is very slim. And most especially those who usually promise a certain return of investment. Because majority of it are always scams. Which is why its always good to be always cautious whenever dealing with anybody both on this forum and off the forum, so as not to be scammed, because scammers are everywhere looking for vulnerable victims.

The dreams that are too good to be true are always a trap..

You see those catchy titles on YouTube or TikTok like “Invest $100 and make 200% daily” or “Invest $100 and get 10x in a few days” or “The coin that will change your life if you invest in it.” All of these are extremely attractive titles, and many people might believe they can double their money and investments this way... Many may buy these dreams hoping  to achieve wealth, only to fall into the trap of greed that leads them to a scam bot, a fake exchange platform, a phishing website, a pump and dump coin, or a Ponzi scheme.

Therefore, as the OP advised, and I see as important advice for beginners, they should stop chasing these unrealistic dreams and always seek the facts and do their own research.
The point is very clear. It is said that "All that glitters is not gold" Most dreams seem too real, yet very fake. However, most nervous individuals who seek wealth as quick as possible, usually end up losing the little they have saved.

People who want to kill two or more fish at the same time with a single hook, may end up losing their hook to the fish, hence, they become heavy than usual and cut the rope of the hook. As newbies, it is important that we "cut our coat according to our sizes" to avoid being victimized.

Good, and awareness is needed. Sometimes, when we hear that someone could fall into their trap, and we happen to know the person visually, we might say there's no way someone as mature as them would fall for the scammers' nonsense. This is because people can appear mature physically and in age, but not necessarily in decision-making.

A mature person is someone who knows, even though physically and in age, it seems impossible for an individual to make such decisions. That's the mindset of an old person. Another thing: be careful when dealing with people you've just met who suddenly become nice.

Scammers have updated their techniques and now we can lose money by sitting at couch of our bedroom. In crypto it's almost impossible to recover your lost coins and catch the scammers that's why scammers love to hunt here.

As a crypto user we must be extra careful while dealing with unknown guys specially when they offer you lucrative investments in which extraordinary return is given to you. Mostly it's the greed of crypto that results in successful execution of the scam. By following the strategy of stop, think and act, we can easily avoid scams.

Scammers would always appear in a deceitful manner, it's left for the victims to identify if what they're presenting isn't too good to be true?Whatever return that promises 10× or 100× profit overnight is a scam, don't be too hasty in making profit without doing your own research.Don't buy the dreams of random people you meet on social media,be selective on accepting information you receive by people claiming to be money doublers.Good things don't come easily; they require effort, hard work, and sometimes a price to pay. As the saying goes, you reap what you sow, so stay vigilant and don't let greed cloud your judgment, especially when spotting potential scams.

Only if you are not consumed by greed and ignorance can you express skeptism and assess the authenticity of what information is sold to you by making your own research on it and not relying and working by what you were told.

Majority of the people who FOMO into scamming projects that gives overblown promises are greedy people who are after shortcuts investment schemes to make money.

While you talk about bitcoin to them, they give excuses of bitcoin because the asset does not suit their quick money making adventures, most of the times, people do not like hearing the truth that can set rhwm free.

Recently, a new friend on social media wanted to teach me how to earn money online by trading crypto but since I didn't respond positively, he offered me that if I lost money by investing here, he would refund half of the loss. And at one point, he insisted on me. Later, when I realized that this was a new scam, he blocked my ID. Actually, these incidents are happening a lot these days. So if something had been done out of greed at that time, it would have definitely caused a lot of damage. Nowadays, especially through social media marketing, crypto, online investment, and fraudsters easily trap people by showing the lure of "get rich quick". Many people, without doing their own research or understanding the risks, fall into greed and pour money into it and later realize after losing money that they have actually been scammed. In fact, I am sharing this incident here so that people can learn from this and be careful in the future.

To be honest, there is no shortcut to getting rich overnight. There is no shortcut to success. So do your research before investing, not greed, but rational decision-making. Long-term investment with proper planning, patience, and hard work will eventually lead to success.

Truth is that we have some naive people who want to rush live and escape what they would trap themselves in at the end of the day, but in reality, it's just the longest way than a short way to succeed so people tend to rush in to believing those too good to be true statements especially in shitcoins, you can hear things like this is the new bitcoin if you missed the opportunity to buy bitcoin 1$ you can buy this shitcoin and when it pumps like bitcoin you will be so rich, I still wonder how come it works till date.

You know if greed can be kept aside the scammers would have been struggling in vain but in as much as I would Loved to say that greed can never be kicked out  so scamming will keep occuring  but I know that not everyone that can fall victim to this scammers and that is those guys that is conscious of whatever they do. And sure, we still have people like this in our midst, there are some set of people that haven't experienced scam before both in this crypto space and outside this crypto space. So whoever that want to be like this people need to abstain from greed and also be sure of what they're doing this way,  guys will be 90% safe.

My advice to anyone will simply, avoid or do not buy dreams.

If dreams of cryptocurrency of any kind is sold to you do not buy to it.

This above is from my experience, all scams are always tied to selling of dreams, some people call it too good to be true ideas or dreams.

First way to avoid getting scammed is to be Skeptical about everything, and unsolicited private messages or DMs should be treated with Skepticism hence if otherwise any dreams sold to you by anyone should not be bought, don't hesitate to leave such conversations that have too much of promise of returns to you.

I hope this helps someone today.

You are partially correct there are dreams we should buy sometimes not all things we hear or we are been told are scam just that the world is entirely turning into something crazy that we don't longer know what to believe and what not to believe and this has also make some of us in one way or the other lose something we are suppose to get or achieve in live. The most important thing is that I'm not longer naive or daft so I can make my decision and choice and whatever happens I know I'm responsible for it but I'm careful while making decisions and things I buy as an idea.

This is so true. When it comes to finances, one really should be skeptical and reasonable, that is, if you don't want to loose your money financing another man's dream. Although, some of these "good to be true" investment are true... Most aren't. And going into them is the same as leaving your finances to luck... Of which I don't recommend anyone doing.

If a decision is taken by reviewing it properly without prioritizing age or appearance, those decisions are good. There are many people who give importance to financial gain, I think they are more likely to make mistakes. In most cases, scammers will come to you with such offers where there is no chance of feeling bad after seeing that offer. The chances of loss increase in the case of those people. If you do not get so happy after receiving any good news and take a decision after listening to it properly, then the chances of being harmed by those decisions will be greatly reduced.

It does just have to do with finance this days you just have to be very skeptical even the slightest person does not want your success as you think and if eventually you succeed they want to ruin it by either defrauding you suing different patterns, so it's very important not to trust anything infact, do not lean on towards them untill it's proven otherwise. it's more like the police say that everyone is a suspect untill the issue is resolved" so everything should be a suspicious move untill it's proven no to be.
